Imam Al-Hujjah (p)’s birth anniversary observed in Bahrain

MANAMA, Bahrain: Birth Anniversary of Al-Imam Al-Hujjah (May Allah hasten his reappearance) was celebrated across Bahrain like other global parts on 15 Shaban with fervor and zeal.

Marking the scented occasion, grand celebrations, festive gatherings and festivals were held at mosques, matam and husseiniyaat attended by flocks of cheerful devotees.

Speakers in their addresses, threw light on the life of Imam Muhammad b. Hassan Al-Mehdi Al-Hujjah (May Allah hasten his reappearance), his occultation, and duties of Muslims during his occultation period in the light of Quran and Sunnah.

Meanwhile, special feasts and banquets were arranged, streets and buildings were decorated with lights and buntings, greetings were extended to each other, and special food items were prepared by shopkeepers to mark the occasion.

On fifteenth night of Shaban, a’maal were performed in mosques and husseiniyaat and prayers were offered for haste reappearance of Imam Al-Hujjah – the Last Proof of Allah on Earth – who according to a saying of holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his pure progeny) will fill the oppression-filled earth with justice and equity.
