By: Abdulali

AHSAA, Saudi Arabia: Ayatullah Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Salman Al-Hajeri has expired in Ahsaa, Saudi Arabia, on Monday morning 22 Rajab, 6 September.

He was Judge of Ja’faria Court for Endowments and Inheritances in Ahsaa, and spent all his life in serving the religion and the society.

Ayatullah Al-Hajeri, 85, belonged to a renowned Arab tribe ‘Al-Hawajer’. His full name is Ayatullah Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Salman Ibn Muhammad Ibn Abdellah Ibn Isa Ibn Muhammad Al-Hajeri.

After acquiring his early education in Ahsaa, the Ayatullah traveled to the holy city of Karbala – home to the holy shrines of Al-Imam Al-Hosayn (p) and Al-Abbas (p) – for higher studies, and then on returning Ahsaa he started delivering lectures at his home.

He is author of a number of books, but all his books are still in manuscript form, not printed.

"Knowledge is better than wealth because it protects you while you have to guard wealth. it decreases if you keep on spending it but the more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you."
