DAMASCUS, Syria: The anniversaries of martyrdom of Ar-Rasol Al-Adham Abo Al-Qassem Muhammad b. Abdullah (P), Al-Imam Al-Hasan Az-Zaky Al-Mojtaba (p) and Al-Imam Ali b. Musa Ar-Redha (P) were commemorated in Syria with mourners extending condolence to Sayyedah Zainab (p) on the occasion.

Swarms of mourners thronged to the holy shrines of Sayyedah Zainab (P) and Sayyedah Sakinah bint Al-Hussein (p) in Sayyedah Zainab city of Syria to perform rituals of azaa – majales, latam, dirges and chest beating.

Under auspices of various bodies, Majales were organized at different husseiniyaat including Husseiniyah As-Saddiqa Tahirah (p), Husseiniyah Al-Imam As-Sadiq (p), Husseiniyah Al-Hawzah Az-Zainabia and Husseiniyah Pakistania.

Religious scholars, clerics, students of Hawzaat and pilgrims of Sayyedah Zainab (p) attended these programs.

Ash-Sheikh Abdur Redha Ma’ash and Sayyed Mehdi Al-Monavari addressed five-day majales (Safar 26-30, Wednesday-Sunday) organized by Khadama Ahlul Bayt Organization at Husseiniyah Al-Hawzah Az-Zainabia, Damascus.

The speakers described masa’eb of Ahlul Bayt (p) which they underwent after the martyrdom of holy Prophet (p).

Renowned elegist of Arab World Al-Haj Bassem Al-Karbalayi recited elegies and dirges during the five-day program.
