Shrine of Imam Al-Kazem (p)’s son ruined after Prophet Khizr (p)’s

BAGHDAD, Iraq: Terrorists have destroyed mausoleum of
Sayyed Ahmed, son of Holy Prophet (p)’s seventh infallible
descendant Al-Imam Mousa bin Ja’far Al-Kazem (P), in the
Abi Sayda area, 25 km (16 miles) north of Baquba, turning
it into debris.
According to a city council official Ra’ad Sarivi and
witnesses the shrine was destroyed by an explosive charge
planted by unknown men early on Sunday April 17.
Hearing the sad news, large number of Iraqis gathered at
the leveled shrine and grieved over the terrorism against
holy sites.
There were no casualties reported.
The destruction came days after a group of terrorists
ruined Site (shrine) of Al-Abd As-Salih (Prophet Khizr) in
Al-Latifiyah, south of Baghdad by a bomb and murdered
three of its keepers.
A spokesman for police had said that the attackers
completely destroyed the holy site and stole its contents
after spraying bullets over the custodians. There are a
number of sites of Al-Abd As-Salih (p) in Iraq.
