RAWALPINDI, Pakistan : Mahafil-e-Milad and religious functions in connection with Hafta-e-Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat (Week of Unity and Brotherhood) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi continued on Tuesday.

Ulema, waizeen and zakireen declared that Uswah-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) is best source of blessing and success here and the Hereafter. TNFJ Provincial Council Punjab President Syed Abu Jaffar Naqvi addressing the Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat Seminar at Imambargah-e-Ahle Bait Gaddowal said, the Holy Prophet (SAW) gave best line of action to the whole humanity for restoration of justice and fair-play under which rights, respect and dignity of everyone could be ensured.

He said key to solution to all problems faced by the Muslim Ummah lay in adopting the Seerat-e-Tayyaba of the Holy Prophet (SAW) who stopped from oppression, brutality, and discrimination and rooted out all types of biases, hatred, enmities, and differences, always adopted the defensive strategy and preferred peace and normalcy over war and conflict whenever aggression against Islam was carried out.

He made it clear that the objective of Holy Prophet’s (SAW) Be’sat was for fulfilment of codes of ethic. Today Muslims all over the world are target of oppression and suppression the basic reason of which is their keeping away from the teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW).

Allama Naqvi said oppression and brutality are the order of the day in different Islamic States including Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq, and the shameful atrocities against the innocent people in the Iraqi city of Madain could not be told. But, he said the Muslim rulers and the representative organisation of the Islamic World i.e. the OIC were enjoying a deep slumber which is tragic for the Muslim Ummah. He expressed his belief that if Muslims all over the world hold the Daman-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) tightly then no power on earth could cause any harm to them.

The TNFJ Punjab President reiterating his resolve to carry on practical struggle to disseminate the message of Wahdat-o-Akhuwwat of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi said, Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari are the self-speaking proofs of unity and brotherhood enjoyed by the Muslim Ummah.

A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion welcomed the release of Pakistani diplomat Javed Malik in Baghdad and said Pakistan has played the front-line role in rooting out terrorism because of which Pakistan enjoys a particular importance all over the world, therefore, the Government of Pakistan is under the obligation to ensure the dignity of the holy places in Iraq and play an important role in getting the massacre of oppressed Iraqi people stopped so as to improve its credibility.

The resolution lamented the international electronic media for ignoring oppression being carried out in Iraq and not raising voice against the same. It said neither international organisations were extending help to them nor the media was raising its voice against inhuman attitude being meted out to Iraqi people which is highly condemnable. The resolution paid rich tributes to the Iraqi people for their practical struggle in thwarting the conspiracy of fanning sectarian conflicts in Iraq exercising utmost wisdom.
