RAWALPINDI, Pakistan - August 20: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has said that the oppressed world should follow the uswah-e-Zainab binte Ali (S.A.) to confront oppression and brutality and to achieve blessings and success.

He said Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) unveiled the enemies of religion and Shariat who had took refuge under the garb of Islam through her heart-rending addresses in the streets and courts of Shaam and Kufa.

Moosavi stated this while announcing to observe “Youm-e-Sharikat-ul-Hussain” marking the Shahadat of Mujahida-e-Karbala Hazrat Zainab binte Ali (S.A.) that is being observed throughout the country like other global parts on Sunday, Rajab 15 with religious and national spirit, devotion and respect.

Agha Moosavi said Zuhd-o-Taqwa are the height of submissiveness, worship and Bandagi while standard of supremacy of every woman, man, small, big, powerful, vulnerable, elder, young is Taqwa also. He said the Khanwanda-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) blessed Zuhd-o-Taqwa with new height taking it to the maximum.

The greatest personality of this Khanwada Hazrat Syeda Zainab (S.A.) is the greatest woman who was placed at the highest level of Taqwa that Nawasa-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) asked her to do remember her brother Hussain (A.S.) in her Namaz-e-Shab. Her seerat in bravery, Taqwa and supremacy is a complete lesson to follow for women at large. Daughter of Butt-Shikan (idol breaker) Ali (A.S.) she proved herself a courageous Yazidiyyat-Shikan who took care of the blood of martyrs in Karbala and played her part in achieving the great goal.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said the struggle of women alongside men throughout the universe is written visibly in the history of humanity but the greatness of Zainab binte Ali (S.A.) enjoys a singular status. She not only repeated the holiest message in cities, courts, deserts and streets but also shattered the courts of tyrant rulers through her heart-rending addresses and her courageous outbursts are the beacon of light for women at large who preached their offspring how to confront the world of oppression and brutality and this activity is the source of guidance for the oppressed world.

He appealed all schools of thought to participate in “Youm-e-Sharikat-ul-Hussain” programmes on 15 Rajab-ul-Murajjab, present condolences in Bargah-e-Khatmi Martabat (SAW) and express solidarity with the oppressed world.

Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organise programmes for “Youm-e-Sharikat-ul-Hussain”. Dr. Nazir Hussain has been nominated Convener and M.H. Jafri as Secretary of the Committee.
