RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The birth anniversary of little Mujahida-e-Karbala Hazrat Masooma Sakina bint-ul Hussain (S.A.) was observed throughout the country on Friday with religious and national spirit, devotion and respect as announced by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

Mahafil-e-Milad, conferences, and seminars were organised in all small and big cities and towns of all the four provinces, Azad Kashmir, Northern Areas and Federal Capital Islamabad. Felicitation functions were organised by TNFJ (Women Wing) and MSO (Girl Students’ Wing) that were addressed by women scholars and zakiraat who highlighted the role of girls in Islam.

Addressing the Mehfil-e-Hazrat Sakina organised by MSO (Girl Students’ Wing) at Jamia-tul Murtaza, Syeda bint-e-Moosa said Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) displayed utmost exemplary patience, courage and firmness from Karbala’s Sham-e-Ghariban to the streets, courts and prisons of Kufa and Shaam that is an example for Dukhtran-e-Islam in every era.

She said the Aseeran-e-Karbala unveiled the fake and hypocritical faces of Yazidiyyat after Shahadat-e-Hussain and in this hour of patience and forbearance the role of Masooma Sakina bint-ul Hussain (S.A.) along with Hazrat Zainab (S.A.) and Hazrat Sajjad (A.S.) is highlighted.

Syeda Labwah Haider and Syeda Jadwah Haider addressing the Mehfil-e-Milad organised by Anjuman Kanizan-e-Masoomin at Hussaini Manzil Rawalpindi Cantt. said, the slogan of “Al-Atash” raised by minor children in the hot sands of Karbala’s desert pose a question mark to every conscious person even today. They said the minor and Masoom offspring of Fatima (S.A.) never asked for water after the martyrdom of Ghazi Abbas Alamdar (A.S.) that proves that every minor and elder of the Khandan-e-Risalat was active in keeping the principles of Deen-e-Illahi intact.

Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi addressing a Mehfil at Markazi Imambargah Hattar Industrial Area said, all minor and elder members of the Khanwada-e-Ismat and Taharat gave a new lease of life to Islam in Dasht-e-Karbala and proved that death in honour is better than life in disgrace and struggle for protecting and defending the belief is the real life. He said the thirst of Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) and other minor Mujahideen of Karbala not only shattered Yazidiyyat rather raised the flag of Islam forever thwarting the desires of every Yazid of his time.

A resolution adopted on the occasion strongly condemned the massacre in Najaf-e-Ashraf and State terrorism going on in Kashmir, Palestine and Afghanistan and called upon all international organisations including the United Nations to play their role in checking massacre and restoring peace in these States.
