RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan has said that religious schools are the source of knowledge and wisdom where Quranic teachings are imparted in line with Islam.

He stated this while talking to a delegation headed by members of the Central Guardian Council of Mukhtar Students Organisation and the Chief Election Commissioner for MSO’s Ninth Presidential Election Dr. Z.H. Naqvi.

He said good and bad, truth and lie, righteousness and evil, knowledge and ignorance are in confrontation from the day one. The basic reason of declaring the human being as high and superior is that he would be laced with wisdom, knowledge and awareness and then would be declared Masjood-e-Malaika, everything has been achieved for this human being. That is why, he said, the religion followed by Prophets, Messengers, Aulia and Saleheen is declared the centre of guidance of humanity and knowledge and wisdom are declared its basis.

Agha Moosavi said knowledge and wisdom are the first foundation of religion. The human being needs to get the education of Wahdat Al-Wajood first for which such holy personalities are needed who are aware of realities and secrets of creatures of the world. He said there is a saying of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that the Rasool (SAW) imparted knowledge to me like a bird feeds her offspring through her beak because she transfers the real feed without any extremes. That is why he openly announced “ask me whatever you want to ask from me. If the stage is set for me, I will make decisions from Torah for Ahl-e-Torah, from Bible for Ahl-e-Bible, from Zaboor for Ahl-e-Zaboor, and from Quran for Ahl-e-Quran, every book would make an utterance that Ali’s (A.S.) decision is right.”

In other words, he said, Ali (A.S.) made it clear that decision of one Maktab could not be imposed on the other because there is no coercion in Islam.

The TNFJ chief said one of the reasons behind terrorism throughout the country today is imposition of one’s ideologies on others that is not a right step. He said at present terrorism is being attached with Muslim Ummah under a heinous conspiracy, international Taghoot and their allies were utilising all their energies to present Muslims as extremists, violent and terrorists so as to take over their wealth and economy.

He said no article could be termed bad basically, it depends on the human being whether he makes vinegar or wine from grapes, makes Quran’s Rehl (stand) from wood or starts worshipping it making an idol out of it.

He said religious Madaris (schools) are the defensive citadels of ideological frontiers of Islam where lesson to respect humanity is imparted. He said we would have to exercise seriousness and wisdom to save the nation, country and protect the humanity by thwarting the colonial conspiracy.

Guardian Council MSO and Chief Election Commissioner while presenting organisational report to Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi said all out energies are being utilised to disseminate knowledge and to promote the teachings of Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.). He said the schedule for the Ninth Presidential Election has been announced by fulfilling the norms of organisational affairs and constitutional requirement.
