No need of Hisba Bill in presence of Const 73, TNFJ
By: Salman Alvi
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Central spokesman for Tehreek
Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi while terming
Supreme Court’s decision regarding Hisba Bill sound and right has said
there is no need of such type of bill in presence of constitution 73.
In a statement issued from the TNFJ headquarters on Friday, he said we
have always uttered truth even on the spear peak. He reminded that
when General Ziaul Haq declared to make Pakistan sectarian State, and
get private shariat bill passed in Senate from anti-Pakistan powers,
it was TNFJ which adopted this stance first of all that there is no
need of any other bill in presence of 73 constitution because Islam is
the State religion under article 2 of the constitution and according
to the article 227 only that meaning of Quran and Sunnah is reliable
that is authentic in sight of every recognized school of thought.
The spokesman said 11-year period of Zia’s rule passed in pretext of
controversial Shariat Bill and Ziaul Haq fully used sponsors of this
bill and the crop which he sowed, the whole nation is reaping it.
Zaidi said after creation of Pakistan 31 ulema presented 22 points,
Islamic ideological council also was given importance in the
constitution while the biggest source of Islamic laws is Quran and
Sunnah therefore the actual thing is getting the constitution
implemented.
He said bills like Hisba Bill are mere time pass and a tactic to keep
people busy that is cheating with the nation and the country. He said
objective of creation of human beings is worship and the aim of
worship is ‘la allakum tattaqoon” which result is “olaaeka ho mol
moflihoon”. Justice has been termed nearest to piety. We believe in a
God Who is Justice because oppression is a defect while Allah is free
of defect.
Allah says in Surah e Younas “Your Lord does not commit oppression
against anyone”, that is why oppression has been called the biggest
sin. He said on this basis Islam considers terrorism the biggest sin,
condemns it and does not support violence. Quran says Allah wants ease
with you and does not want difficulty. Thus it is necessary to create
ease, so as to say that religion is easy and it should not be
presented as difficult. Allah says “We have shown him both ways”. Then
says in Surah e Dahr “We have shown him the path, now its up to him
either be thankful or unthankful”.
The TNFJ spokesman said if a human being chooses good, Allah will help
him, and if he does wrong, he would cause wrath and punishment for
himself and create problems for the followers of religion which he
follows, similarly all that is going on in the world at present.

"Knowledge is
better than wealth because it protects you while you have to
guard wealth. it decreases if you keep on spending it but the
more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you
get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but
what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you."MORE
