RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, has said that giving rights to the oppressed and have-nots and solution to problems is necessary to root out terrorism and to make the world a hub of peace fulfilling the norms of justice and fair-play.

In a special message on the occasion of Martyrdom Anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) that is being observed throughout the country on Tuesday as part of Ashra-e-Ajr-e-Risalat with religious spirit, devotion and respect, he said colonial powers were playing new games to divert the world attention from their oppression by accusing Muslims of terrorism in the garb of New York-Washington incident and July 7 London bomb blasts while Muslim rulers were bearing every pressure to save their rule and were ready to do everything to fulfil their desire.

He said new agreements between the initiators of terrorism i.e. colonial chief, Zionists and Hindus are coming to fore while we are being defamed just for nothing.

Agha Moosavi said the last and best is the Shariat-e-Muhammadi that is a complete code of life, and is spread over all departments of life and we can become successful and survive here and the Hereafter by following the same. Paighambar-e-Islam (SAW) is the preacher of Shariat while Khanwada-e-Risalat is the defender and protector of religion and Shariat on the basis of which a Quranic Ayah was sent under which love and devotion with Qarabatdaran-e-Risalat are declared obligatory.

He said every small, big, male, female, old and young pious persons belonging to the Khanawada-e-Risalat never hesitated in offering any sacrifice for the protection and defence of the message of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat in every era.

The TNFJ chief asserted Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) is that great personality of the Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) who is the Jadd-e-Aala (grandfather) of Naqvi, Bokhari and Al-Bahakri Sadaat the world over. He bore host of difficulties and problems in fulfilling his duties and spent all his energies in confronting dictators, tyrant rulers so as to deliver ‘Illahi Amanat’, religion and Shariat correctly and without any addition to the world of humanity.

He said the era of Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) spread over 42 years is replete with struggle, jihad, and detention. He bore all these difficulties just to get the oppressed people rid of oppression from the perpetual oppressors and to stop the dictators from encroaching upon the rights of the people that is why he never submitted himself before any ruler.

It is the best witness and the truest argument of love that Allah transferred His greatest Trust i.e. religion and Shariat in this Khanwada because this is the great Khanwada that is the torch-bearer of Tauheed (monotheism), sign of religion and Shariat, blessing and source of survival for mankind, and the Noorani people of this Khanwada are the true followers and protectors of the Constitution given by the Holy Prophet (SAW) the only reason being pleasure of Allah, and welfare and blessing for humanity.

He said Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) kissed martyrdom on Rajab-ul-Murajjab 3 saving the Godly principles at the cost of his life.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi said today the oppressed sections of society and the Islamic World are confronted with one problem or the other basic reason of which is that international colonial powers are afraid of the spirit of martyrdom of Muslims and were using every new tactic to increase pressure on them.

Presenting condolences in the respected court of Risalat (SAW) on the occasion of Martyrdom Anniversary of Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.), he reiterated his resolve to continue active struggle against oppression and brutality so as to disseminate the message of peace of the pious personalities.
