Homage paid to Karbala martyrs in Pak Majalis

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The chain of Ashra-e-Muharram Majalis at Imambargahs and Aza Khanas of twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi like other cities began with the sighting of Muharram crescent while Pakistan's security forces have been put on high alert to ward off any threat.

Alam Mubarik Hazart Ghazi Abbas Alamdar (A.S.) was hoisted at various places. Istaqbal-e-Muharram Majalis were held at Ali Mosque Satellite Town, Qasr-e-Abutalib, Qadeemi Imambargah, Darbar Sakhi Shah Chan Charagh, Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah, Aza Khana Abu Muhammad Rizvi, Imambargah Fatmiyah, Imambargah Qasrul Hasnain, Imambargah Sajjadia, Imambargah Naserul Aza, Imambargah Col Maqbol Hussain, Imambargah Kashmirioan, Imambargah Zainul Abideen, Imambargah Qasre Sajjad, Imambargah Qasre Shabbir, Central ImambargahG-6/2, Qasre KHadijatul Kubra Tarlai Kalan, Jamia Imam Sadeq, Central Imambargah Taxila, Imambargah Ahlebait, Qasre Imam Moosa Kazim I-10, Imamia Mosque and Imambargah Wah Cantt., Imambargah Hussainia, Imambargah Sakhi Shah Pyara Chuhr Harpal, Imambargah Sakhi Shah Nazar Deewan Syed Kasran, Imambargah Qasre Kazmia, Imambargah Jageer e Ali Akbar, Central Imambargah Shah Allah Ditta, Greecy Line Mosque and Imambargah, Qadeemi IMambargah Dharnal, Central Imambargah Shahraye Asadullah Fateh Jang, Qasre Zainab, Mosque and Imambargah Jafria I-9, Imambargah Baltistania, Jinah Reading Room Imambargah, Imambargah Hussaini, Imambargah Qamar Bani Hashim, Imambargah Dhok Hasso, Imambargah Yadgare Husain, Aza KHana Ali SArkar, Ali Hall, Jamiatul Murtaza and many other Imambargahs.

A majlis-e-aza marking Istaqbal-e-Muharram was held at residence of Syed Ishtiaq Hussain Zaidifollowed by Noha and matamdari participated by all matmi corps of the city.

Addressing the majalis across the country, the scholars and speakers highlighted the philosophy of Karbala. The mourners paid their heartfelt condolences to the Holy family by shedding their tears and performing matamdari.

The participants of the majalis reiterated their full resolve to fully follow the Code of Azadari announced by Quaid-e-Millate Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, during Ayyam-e-Aza from first to 8th Rabiul Awwal to display unity and harmony.

Meanwhile, TNFJ district cooardination secretary Shafqat Turabi has said that Tehreek’s District Muharram Committee Control Room has started working under the eye of Al-Haaj Ghulam Murtaza Chuhan, and Azadaran have been advised to keep in touch with the TNFJ District Muharram Committee Azadari Cell in connection with Azadari problems.
