Nasrallah at Moharram majles: Resistance will continue By: Karim Tellawi BEIRUT, Lebanon: Hezbollah secretary general Hassan Nasrallah delivered a speech on the first night of Moharram which marks the great sacrifices for the defense of Islam offered by Al-Imam Al-Hussein (p), Holy Prophet Muhammad b. Abdullah (p)’s grandson, some 1,400 years ago, on Wednesday. Nasrallah assured his followers the resistance would not cease its action until the liberation of all occupied Arab land. “The resistance is full of men and women who believe in God, who are not afraid of threats, and who are victory makers,” said Nasrallah, who demanded the Israelis leave the Arab world for its original inhabitants. He accused Israel of tainting Hezbollah’s image before the international community. “No one is allowed to know what we represent or to hear us. That is why when a foreign ambassador visited us and talked with us, they [Zionists], directly scorned his country,” he said referring to his meeting with the Belgian ambassador to Lebanon on Jan. 19, 2005 which caused Israel to lodge a harshly worded protest.
