ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Tanzeem Shia A’aimma Masajid observed Tarheem Day with religious and national spirit, devotion and respect throughout the country on Friday to express solidarity with Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, to mourn TNFJ martyrs of Bari Imam incident and to pray for early recovery of the injured.

Prayer leaders and speakers in their address at Friday congregations, and ulema, zakireen and waizeen while addressing Majalis-e-Aza prayed for blessings for martyrs and early recovery for the injured and demanded from the powers that be to arrest the culprits of Bari Imam Incident forthwith and give them exemplary punishment.

Hojjatul Islam Syed Hussain Kazmi, Chairman Tanzeem Shia A’aimma Masajid, at Imam Musa Kazim (AS) Mosque paid rich tribute to the martyrs of Bari Imam incident, expressed his shock terming the incident an open act of terrorism. He said all schools of thought in Pakistan are united that is why terrorism is being condemned today in all mosques without any discrimination rather we are expressing solidarity with Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya.

He said attack on a mosque, an Imambargah and even on a church or a temple is an attack on humanity but a big incident in the Federal Capital Islamabad is enough to open the eyes of the rulers. If terrorists had reached here today, they can move upward tomorrow, he added. The President and the Prime Minister had come under suicide attacks but God saved them after which the government should have become more conscious. He said the government should identify the motive behind terrorism and the actual power that sponsors the same because heavy funds are spent on government agencies for this purpose.

He said the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi exercised patience and forbearance otherwise whole Pakistan would have turned into ‘Sulagistaan’. All powers should be aware that survival, integrity, strength, and stability of us all rather that of the whole country lay in unity and brotherhood.

A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion demanded from the government to form a high level Tribunal to probe the Bari Imam incident, arrest the assassins of the martyrs and give them exemplary punishment, stop the groups declared as terrorists and extremists from working with new names and take notice of their joining political alliances.

Another resolution strongly condemned the provoking article published in Daily Dawn on Friday in respect of Bari Imam Incident that carries self-cooked analysis and used derogatory words making fun of the journalistic values. The resolution reiterated to follow any line of action given by the Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi regarding Bari Imam incident and Tanzeem Shia A’aimma Masajid would implement it throughout the country in letter and spirit.

Tarheem Day gatherings were held at Masjid Ummul Momineen Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (AS), Masjid Haideria, Masjid Abuzar Ghaffari (RA), Masjid Shah Piyara, Masjid Hazrat Usman Ghani (RA), Masjid-e-Sakina (SA), Masjid Imam Ali Naqi (AS), Masjid Hazrat Abu Talib (AS), Masjid-e-Shabbir (AS) and Masjid Imam Raza (AS).

According to reports reaching the central office of Tanzeem Shia A’aimma Masajid similar gatherings were addressed by Maulana Tauqeer Shamsi in Khanewal, Maulana Ali Qaswar in Bhakkar, Maulana Ghulam Shabbir in Larkana, Maulana Mazhar Hussain Zaidi in Karachi, Maulana Waqar Hassan Taqvi in Mirpur Khas, Maulana Ali Zahid in Peshawar, Maulana Muhammad Naqvi in Lahore, Maulana Tasawwur Naqvi in Gujrat, Maulana Jawwad Hussain Naqvi in Sialkot, Maulana Syed Abul Hassan in Khairpur Miras, Maulana Irfan in Parachinar, Maulana Abul Hassan Khomeini in Kohat, Agha Qeharman in Quetta, Maulana Agha Ali Shah Moosavi Iskanderabadi in Gilgit, Maulana Shaikh Ghulam Muhammad in Skardu, and Maulana Riaz Hussain Mashadi in Bagh Azad Kashmir.
