RAWALPINDI: The Birth Anniversary of Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) was observed as Youm-e-Dua, or the Day of Prayer, throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas like other global parts on Thursday with religious fervour, spirit, devotion and respect on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

Religious functions, Mahafil-e-Milad and salutary gatherings were held at mosques, Imambargahs, and religious institutions on the topic of Seerat-e-Sajjad (A.S.) in which ulema, waizeen and zakireen highlighted the seerat and character of Imam Sajjad (A.S.) in detail.

Youm-e-Dua gatherings were held in the twin cities of Federal Capital Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, Central Secretary Information of the TNFJ, while addressing Mehfil-e-Dua held at Ali Hall under the auspices of Hay’at Tulaba Islamia said, Seerat of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) guarantees Fatah-e-Mubeen.

He said in the dark era of Yazidiyyat he (A.S.) fulfilled the responsibility of protecting and defending the mission of Tauheed, Risalat and Wilayat confronting every type of hardships, problems and difficulties as a result of which Hussainiyyat is Zindabad and Yazidiyyat Murdabad all around.

He said for acceptance of dua, there is need of source and dedication. Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) gave an exemplary lesson of becoming near to Allah by introducing the manifesto of duas. Best solution of all human problems and difficulties is there in Imam Sajjad’s (A.S.) duas in Saheefa-e-Sajjadia. He presented the international charter for solution to difficulties of the oppressed world in shape of his duas which if followed would root out the difficulties of whole oppressed world including Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan and Iraq.

A resolution unanimously adopted on the occasion said the holy places are respectable for the whole world of humanity and Jannatul Baqee and Jannatul Mualla where the holy shrines of Ahl-e-Bait (A.S.), Ummahatul Momineen and Sahaba Kibaar are situated are lying destructed for quite long.

The resolution demanded from the Saudi government to restore the dignity of these holy shrines and remove the unrest found the world over by reconstructing the same so as to get rid of the danger posed to the Islamic World.

Another resolution expressed concern that despite passage of about one month to the Bari Imam incident the culprits of the incident could not be arrested so far. The resolution strongly demanded from the government to unveil the objective behind the worst incident of terrorism, arrest the assassins forthwith and give them exemplary punishment.

Maulana Ijlal Haider Al-Haideri, Zakir Syed Matloob Hussain Kazmi, Maulana Tabassum Abbas Kazmi, Syed Jone Ali Mashadi, Syed Arif Al-Hussaini, Shahzad Hussain Butt, Riwayat Hussain Ravi, Jafar Khan, and Syed Mushahid Hussain Kazmi also addressed the Mehfil-e-Dua.

Allama Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani, Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari, and Zakir Fida Hussain Pidhrar at Qasr-e-Abu Talib Mughalabad, Allama Zawwar Hussain Madni at Haideria Masjid Chittian Hattian, Allama Syed Hussain Muqaddasi at Masjid and Imambargah Wah Cantt., Allama Sadiqi at Masjid-e-Jafariya I-9, Allama Taqi-un Naqvi at Masjid-e-Kazmia Chuhr Harpal, Maulana Saleem Haideri at Qasr-e-Zainab Kamalabad, Maulana Tanvir Kazmi at Qasr-e-Shabbir Dhoke Syedan, and Syed Akhlaq Hussain Kazmi at Qasr-e-Imam Moosa Kazim Sadaat Colony addressed the Youm-e-Dua gatherings.
