ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Noor Day was observed throughout the country including Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas with religious spirit, devotion and respect on Friday 7th Safar-ul-Muzaffar in reference to Babul Hawaij Hazrat Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S.) in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi.

Ulema and speakers in their Friday sermons highlighted the seerah, character and scholarly supremacy of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.), particularly of Hazrat Moosa ibne Jafar (A.S.) in all small and big cities and towns of the country i.e. Karachi, Larkana, Haiderabad, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, D.G.Khan, D.I.Khan, Jehlum, Kohat, Attock, Peshawar, Quetta, Gilgit, Skardu and Muzaffarabad.

According to a handout issued by Tanzeem Shia A’aimma Masajid Pakistan, Majalis-e-Noor were also held at Markazi Jamia Mosques of twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad also. Hojjatul Islam Syed Hussain Kazmi, Central Chairman of the Tanzeem while addressing Majlis-e-Noor held at Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S.) Mosque Sadaat Colony said, Hazrat Moosa ibne Jafar (A.S.) bore many difficulties at the hand of dictators including detention but no one could stop him from speaking the truth or divert him from the righteous path. He said today, humanity was again confronted with oppression, brutality, suppression at the hands of international chief of terrorists and her allies.

He made it clear that we are in the habit of expressing hatred against the oppressors and supporting the oppressed the practical display of which was made by Hazrat Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S.) by devoting all his life for this objective and at last kissed martyrdom after remaining in detention for 14 years but he did not gave his hand in the hands of debauchers and representatives of evil.

Allama Saqlain Bokhari Imam Jumma-Wal-Jamaat of Shia Jamia Masjid Darbar Shah Chan Chiragh while addressing the central gathering of Friday prayers said, Hazrat Imam Moosa Kazim (A.S.) is the member of Khandan-e-Ismat and Taharat that is an ideal for humanity all over the universe. By following his uswah one can get rid of all problems rather could also thwart the tactics of international colonial powers and their agents in the present era.

Allama Syed Matloob Taqi addressed Majlis-e-Noor at Kazmia Mosque Westridge. Allama Mohsin Hamdani, Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari addressed Majlis-e-Noor at Qasr-e-Abu Talib, Alhaj Ghulam Murtaza Chauhan, Allama Muhammad Abbas Zaini, Zakir Yasser Abbas, Maulana Tabassum Abbas Kazmi, and Arif Hussain Al-Hussaini addressed a similar gathering at Imambargah Zainul Abideen (A.S.). Allama Kazim Abbas Naqvi addressed the 7th Majlis of Ashra-e-Safar at Imambargah Babul Hawaij G-6/4 on the topic of ‘Hidayat-o-Imamat’.
