RAWALPINDI, Pakistan - March 22: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi announced to observe 13th Safar-ul-Muzaffar as Youm-e-Shaheeda-e-Zindan (Day of Martyr of Prison) in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Masooma Sakina bint-ul-Hussain (A.S.).

In a statement issued here on Tuesday, he said Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) have been termed the best Khanwada in the universe on whose Ismat (infallibility) and Taharat (cleanness) Holy Quran stands witness and their love and devotion is termed Ajr-e-Nabuwwat and Risalat. He said every small and big member of this Khanwada played a pious role for the promotion, development and dissemination of Islam following in the footsteps of their forefather Holy Prophet (SAW).

Agha Moosavi said like names of majority of the members of this family are on Muhammad (SAW) and Ali (A.S.) similarly names of most of women belonging to this family are on Fatima (S.A.). He said there is a famous saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) that Fatima (A.S.) is part of mine, her sons are parts of my heart, her husband is the enlightenment of my eyes while her offspring (A’aimma Huda) are Hab-lul-Mateen (strong rope) of my Allah’s religion. One who remained attached with them survived and one who opposed them is destroyed.

He said another saying of the Holy Prophet (SAW) goes: O, Ali (A.S.)! I, you and your sons Hassan (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) and their nine sons are pillars and foundation of religion. One who followed them survived and one who went against them would go to the hell. He said, Allah likes only Islam from amongst all world religions which is the real religion. The Holy Prophet (SAW) had said: A drop of blood that is shed in protecting the religion, no other drop is liked more than that. On another occasion, he said, when Allah likes someone, He entangles him in problems so as to listen to his hue and cry.

The TNFJ chief said Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) was three years and a few months when they set off Medina for Karbala. Her real name was Fatima (S.A.) who was called as ‘Ruqayya’ by Hazrat Rubab (A.S.), and ‘Sakina’ by Imam Hussain (A.S.). It has been said that till the night of Ashoor Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) rested on Hussain’s (A.S.) chest. She used to offer her prayers along with Hussain (A.S.) even in her very little age.

He said the cries of Hazrat Sakina (S.A.) in the streets of Kufa and Syria and courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad, shook the Yazidi palaces. Like Zainab (S.A.) is Sharikat-ul-Hussain (S.A.), similarly Sakina (S.A.) is Sharikatu Ali Asghar (S.A.). He said Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) saved religion and Shariat while daughters of Ali (A.S.) and Hussain (A.S.) highlighted the message of Hussainiyyat by remaining in detention and in doing so unveiled the fake veils from the faces of Banu Umayyah.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Hamid Moosavi said like the seerat of Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and pious Sahaba Kubar (R.A.) provided guidance to all human beings, similarly Shaheeda-e-Zaindan Hazrat Sakina (A.S.) is the beacon of light for Dukhtran-e-Jehan (world daughters) in the light of which daughters of the oppressed nations and the Islamic World can defend their rights and achieve honour and respect by following the teachings of Islam and Quran.

Meanwhile, a Central Committee of the TNFJ has been formed to organise programmes for Youm-e-Shaheedan-e-Zindan. Syeda binte Moosa Moosavi would be the Convener and Syeda Labwa Haider Zaidi would be the Secretary of this Committee.
