ABK programs underway, pay homage to Beemar-e-Karbala (p)

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Programmes of Majalis-e-Aza and Matmi processions organised by religious and Matmi organisations in different Imambargahs and Aza Khanas in connection with the Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala continued on Thursday in line with the announcement made by Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

Addressing Annual Majlis-e-Aza at the residence of Syed Asad Ali Rizvi at I-8/4 Islamabad, Khateeb Fateh Furat said, Beemar-e-Karbala Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) was the symbol of courage, patience and firmness who shattered the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad through his heart-rending addresses after the martyrdom of Hussain (A.S.) despite being chained and preached the freedom fighters and conscientious people for ever how to get rid of oppression, brutality and slavery.

He said the Yazidi agents were defaming Islam everywhere even today and uswah-e-Sajjad (A.S.) is the best example to root out their conspiracies. Imam Aali Muqaam Hazrat Imam Hussain ibne Ali (A.S.) sacrificed his whole family along with his near and dear ones to disseminate the universal message of Islam as a result of which flag of Islam is fluttering all around with full dignity.

Syed Hassan Jafar Zaidi brothers performed Marsia Khwani while Syed Muzaffar Rizvi, Abu Turrab Askari and Wajihul-Hassn Kazmi presented Salam and Noha. Matmi Dasta Karwaan-e-Abbas (A.S.) performed Matamdari and Noha-Khwani.

A Majlis-e-Aza for ladies was held at Jamia-tul-Murtaza G-9/4, Islamabad in connection with the Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala. Zakira Qura-tul-Ain in her address said, Aseeran-e-Karbala preached the message of Hussainiyyat with courage and bravery in the streets of Kufa and Syria and in the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziad despite being chained. She said the pious uswah of Mukhadderat-e-Ismat and Taharat is the best example for women the world over to follow. Dukhtaran-e-Hashmi performed Marsia Khwani followed by Matamdari.

Mukhtar Force Pakistan Kahena Bajar Section organized a Majlis-e-Aza addressed by TNFJ Central Secretary Information Syed Qamar Zaidi, Allama Zawar HUssain Madni, Zakir Matlob Kazmi, Zakir Hasnain Naqvi, Zakir Ghulam Raza Chak Dinal, Zakir Riaz Hussain and others followed by matamdari. Dozens of banners inscribed with the sayings of Quaid-i-Milat-i-Jafariya Syed Hamid Moosavi regarding Wila-e-Ali (A.S.) and Aza-e-Hussain (A.S.) were hanged in the majlis hall.

A resolution adopted by the gathering while praising President General Pervez Musharraf’s steps to eradicate terrorism demanded him to ensure implementation of Anti-Terrorism Act besides tightening noose around banned groups working under new names.

The participants reiterated their resolve to present every kind of sacrifice on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi for mission of Wila and Aza.

Special arrangements were made for Langar-e-Hussaini on the occasion.

Series of majalis marking the Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala under Islamic Students Organizations is underway. Addressing the majlis on Thursday overseer of Jamiatul Momineen Allama Muhammad Ali Haleemi said Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Ali bin Al-Hussain (A.S.) fully followed Siyasat-e- (politics) Ilahiya, Nabawiya, Alwiya, Hsaasaniya and Hussainiya after the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (A.S.). Syed Imran Kazmi, Syed Manzar Abbas, Syed Mushahid and Tabassum Kazmi also addressed. Later, matamdari was performed.

Meanwhile, majalis and processions were also held in Karachi, Larkana, Hayderabad, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Quetta, Peshawar, Kohat, Muzaffarabad, Skardu and many other cities.
