HELSINKI, Finland: Birth Anniversary of Chief of Messengers and Prophets, holy Prophet Hazret Muhammad Mustafa (S) and his sixth infallible successor Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (S) on Rabee`ol Awwal 17 was observed in Finland like other countries with due respect and enthusiasm.

Marking the auspicious occasion, festive gatherings were held at mosques, husseiniyaat and Islamic centers largely attended by native devotees and those who belong to different countries.

A celebration was organized at Hazrat Fatimah Zahra (S) Center in Helsinki. Addressing the program, speakers highlighted importance of observing days that are attributed to holy Prophet (S), his holy Ahlul Beit (Progeny (S)) and pious companions (R).

They urged the need of following in the footsteps of Sadeqain (two truthful) - holy Prophet (S) and Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (S) - to get rid of all problems being faced by the Islamic World and to achieve success in this world and the hereafter.

Eulogies were recited by eulogists in praise of Seal of Messengers Hazrat Muhammad (S) and his Ahlul Beit (S).

Iran embassy in Helsinki also arranged a similar program. Lectures on the life of holy Prophet (S) and Hazrat Imam Sadiq (S) were delivered and panegyrics were presented to mark the event.
