Eid in Pak: Prayers made for end of Islamic world problems, Imam (A)’s haste reappearance

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Eid-ul Fitr was
observed on Friday throughout Pakistan including Azad Kashmir and
Northern Areas with religious and traditional spirit, devotion and
respect.
Marking the occasion, spiritual Eid gatherings were held in Mosques,
Imambargahs and open places in which millions of Farzandaan-e-Tauheed
by prostrating themselves before Allah offered gratitude of blessings
and favours of Ramazan-ul-Mubarik.
While addressing the congregations, scholars and orators threw light
on the philosophy of Eid-ul-Fitr. Special prayers were made for end of
Islamic world’s troubles, solution of problems, liberation of occupied
Muslim territories including Qibla-e-Awwal, success of Kashmir’s
blood-stained freedom movement, end of atrocities being committed
against oppressed and have-nots of the whole world including oppressed
Muslims in Afghanistan, Iraq and Chechnya and integrity and stability
of beloved motherland.

Main congregation of Eid-ul-Fitr in Rawalpindi was held at Municipal
ground where Quaid-e-Millat-e-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah
Moosavi who is also the chief of the Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya
led the Eid prayer. He delivered Eid-ul-Fitr sermon and prayed Allah
to hasten in reappearance of Imam-ul-Asr (A.S.). He prayed for early
restoration of quake-affected in Azad Kashmir and Sarad province, and
early recovery of the injured, besides height of ranks of those
compatriots martyred in the tremor.
