ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Syed Akhlaq Hussain Kazmi, Central Joint Secretary of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya has said that Islam is not only the messenger of peace and tranquillity and complete code of life but also suggests solution to all problems.

He stated this while addressing the office-bearers at Al-Kazim, the central office of Tanzim Shia A’aimma Masajid. He said achievement of Zuhd-o-Taqwa (piety) is the acme therefore the month of Allah i.e. Ramazan-ul-Mubarik is beginning and its objective stated in Ayah 183 of Surah Baqara goes: so that you become pious. Objective of becoming pious is to give up all types of evil, discrimination, access, oppression, brutality and terrorism and adopt all good things and qualities.

He said the reason of host of problems and difficulties confronted by us today is that we have given up the pious path and adopted the path of oppression and have given our control in the hands of international colonial powers and are ready to put every thing on stake to please them on the basis of which they were using new tactics for interference in Muslim States and is increasing her demands further day by day.

Akhlaq Kazmi said, the international Taghoot first interfered in Afghanistan, then shattered Iraq and now massacre is going on there so much so that even ulema e karam, Marajay Uzzam and the holy places, dignity of which is binding, are also not spared. Now pressure is being increased on Iran; first condemnation resolution was got passed by the IAEA and now preparations are on to introduce a similar resolution in the Security Council. On the other hand, he said, America has signed defence pact with India so as to trap Iran from all around as the tightening noose around the oppressed and deprived Islamic World and maintaining supremacy over them is the foremost objective of the colonial powers.

He said the only solution to this problem is that the Islamic World and oppressed nations form an alliance, display unity, come out from the shackle of Arab, Ajam, Maslak and country and give priority to the interests of Shariat and humanity because at present the world is deprived of its basic rights.

He made it clear that the month of Allah has almost approached and whenever such days come, our combined enemy begins its activities to create anarchy and differences amongst us. As Pakistan being the atomic power is the only hope of the oppressed and Muslims therefore pressure is being increased on her the day in and day out. He said in this situation he, in his capacity as Joint Secretary of Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya, has invited the attention of President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to keep the law and order intact during Ramazan-ul-Mubarik, people should remain alert themselves also and express practical hatred against the restricted, terrorist and banned groups, make special security arrangements at mosques and Imambargahs and keep a strict eye on every suspicious person or thing.

The TNFJ Joint Secretary said that it is crystal clear that motherland Pakistan came into being owing to joint sacrifices of all recognised schools of thought and for its development, stability and survival, giving the rights of all on the basis of equality is necessary.

He said we strongly demand from the government to make special protective measures on the occasions of Youm-ul Huzn being observed to mark the death anniversary of Ummul Momineen Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A.) on 10th Ramazan, Youm-e-Aman to mark the birth anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) on 15th Ramazan, Ayyam-e-Aza in connection with martyrdom anniversary of Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) from 19-21 Ramazan, Jashan-e-Nazool Quran on 23rd Ramazan, Youm-ul Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin on Juma-tul-Wida, and country-wide Eidul Fitr congregations in line with the decisions made at the high level TNFJ meeting.

Moreover, proper coverage should be given to these programmes on the electronic media besides presenting special programmes, electronic media should not be handed over to any particular Maktab during Ramazan rather everyone including the Maktab-e-Tashayyo should be provided a chance to present their point of view giving up monopoly of any particular Maktab and Maslak. Similarly news coverage should be given to the gatherings of Fiqh-e-Jafariya on the occasion of Eidul Fitr.

He called upon the A’aimma Masajid to fulfil their Shariah responsibilities and play their important role in these matters. He said we should give priority to the supremacy of religion and Shariat, honour and dignity of the humanity, and survival and integrity of the motherland Pakistan over all other matters.
