SEHAT, Saudi Arabia: On the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, Al-Imam Al-Hasan Al-Mojtaba (A) Mosque has been opened in Sehat, eastern city of Saudi Arabia, with collective prayer and delivering of religious lectures.

Building of such places of worship for Shias is not permissible by the government in any part of the Kingdom except oil-rich Mo’minin-dominated eastern region.

Sheikh Ja’far An-Namr led Maghribeyn prayer on Thursday night to initiate Ramadan programs and religious lectures in Tafsir throughout the month of blessings.

The opening ceremony of the new mosque which has been erected by Alhaj Al-Mohsen Redha Al-Madloh will be held on 15 Ramadan that marks the birth anniversary of Holy Prophet Muhammad bin Abdullah (S)’s first grandson, Al-Imam Al-Hasan Al-Mojtaba (A).
