Najaf Maraje discuss govt formation, Iraqis forceful displacement

HOLY NAJAF, Iraq: Two Grand Maraje of Holy Najaf
Ayatullah Sayyed Ali Husseini As-Sistani and Ayatullah Ishaq Al-Fayaz
received Ayatullah Hadi Al-Modarresi from Holy Karbala in the holy
city of Najaf.
Ayatullah Al-Modarresi in his separate meetings with the two Maraje
discussed current situation in the country including hurdles by
enemies in way of formation of a new government and forceful
displacement of innocent Iraqis at the hands of terrorists following
bombing of holy Samarra shrine.

UN agency: Tens of thousands of Iraqis displaced

BAGHDAD, Iraq: A United Nations-affiliated agency said violence has displaced more than 25,000 Iraqis since the Feb. 22 bombing of the holy Askariain shrine, and shelters and tent cities are springing up across central and southern Iraq to house homeless families.
