Martyrdom our legacy … Moosavi declares “Ayyam-e-Aza” from 13-15 Dec

By: Salman Alvi

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that they would not allow any harm to be caused to the religion and the motherland by following in the footsteps of Imam Ali Ibne Moosa Ar-Raza (A.S.).

He stated this while announcing “Ayyam-e-Aza” from 13-15 December to mark the Shahadat of Hazrat Imam Ali Ibne Moosa Ar-Raza (A.S.). In a message issued from the TNFJ headquarters, he said Islam is the greatest religion and Iman (faith) and Amal (deed) are its strongest pillars as about 126 Ayahs of the Holy Quran invite to good deeds.

He said struggle to perform the good deeds and to achieve Ma’aroofat and piousness is called jihad (holy war) that is the height of good deeds and height of jihad’s acme is Shahadat (martyrdom) that is our inheritance. That is why, he said, Khasan-e-Illahi always longed for it and one of these personalities is Hazrat Imam Ali Ibne Moosa Ar-Raza (A.S.) who kissed Shahadat as a punishment for disseminating and preaching Shariat-e-Muhammadi and Uloom-e-Haideri.

Agha Moosavi said that the tyrant rulers, dictators and oppressed tried their utmost but they could not make him bow down or divert him from the righteous path. The golden sayings of Imam Ali Ibne Moosa Ar-Raza (A.S.) are the beacon of light for the whole humanity even today.

He quoted a saying of the Imam: “One who would perform accountability of his inner soul (Nafs) would reap the benefit, and the one who would ignore it would be at a loss; one who would fear the God would remain fearless; one who would get the advice would become Beena (one who can conceive) and one who would become Beena would understand, and the one who would understand would be the man of knowledge and awareness”. Another place, he said: “When a Momin becomes furious, then his fury does not allow him to give up his right, and when he is happy, his happiness does not put him into evil things, and when he is in command, then he does not take more than his right allows”. Yet another place, he said: “No person could complete the reality of Iman (faith) unless he has three qualities in him i.e. deep information about the religion; good planning in economy; and patience in difficulties and problems”.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi made it clear that condolence would be paid to the followers of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) by observing the “Ayyam-e-Aza” from 13-15 December marking the Shahadat of Farzand-e-Rasool Hazrat Imam Ali Ibne Moosa Ar-Raza (A.S.). He said solidarity will be expressed with the oppressed world and prayers will be offered for the supremacy, solidarity and integrity of the Islamic World and the motherland.

Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Ayyam-e-Aza Committee has been formed to chalk out programmes for Ayyam-e-Aza throughout the country. Dr. S. Zaman Rizvi will be the Convener and Qazi Wafa Abbas will be the Secretary of this Committee.
