Maraje meeting in Najaf, call for peaceful protests

HOLY NAJAF, Iraq: Maraje of Holy Najaf have severely
condemned the terrorism against one of the holiest site of Muslim
world – shrine of Askariyain in Samara, Iraq.
Marje Al-A’ala Grand Ayatullah Sayyed Ali As-Sistani
has called for peaceful protests and seven days of mourning following
terrorist attack which severely destroyed the golden dome of holy
Askariyain shrine, Agence France-Presse reported citing his office.
Meanwhile, Grand Maraje are holding meeting at the
residence of Ayatullah Sistani regarding the attack.
