Kano, Nigeria: Millions of Nigerian Muslims took the streets to protest the Israeli attacks on Lebanon.

In Kano, northern Nigeria, thousands of Muslims of the Islamic Movement under the leadership of Sheik Ibrahim Zakzaky took the streets of Kano, chanting anti-Israel slogans and words of support for the Hezbollah and Lebanon.

Thousands of Muslims, including children from the Kano Central Mosque located in the Fagge district, occupied Ibrahim Taiwo Road down to the Silver Jubilee Roundabout at Kofar Nassarawa. From there, they proceeded to the Kano ancient city and ended the demonstration at the Kano Mosque, which is located at the Emir's Palace. While on procession, the Muslims were holding anti-Israel and American signs that said "death to America and Israel."

Flags of Israel and United States were set on fire at the end of the demonstration.
