RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Martyrdom Anniversary of 10th Sun of Imamat and Wilayat Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) was observed as a part of Ashra-e-Mawaddat throughout Pakistan like other global parts with devotion and respect on Sunday, Rajab 3, on the call the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

Majalis-e-Aza were held followed by Taboot processions and Matamdari in all small and big cities and towns including the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad on this occasion. ulema, waizeen and zakireen highlighted the seerat and character of Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) and offered their pursa to the Holy Court of Risalat o Wilayat. During these gatherings participants strongly slammed Israeli barbarism and aggression against Lebanon.

In Rawalpindi a peaceful protest rally was held under arrangements of Mukhtar Students Organization City Unit Rawalpindi led by MSO's central president Syed Baqir Hussain Naqvi and other leaders against Zionist aggression. People belonging to all schools of thought chanted slogans against Israel and the United States and urged United Nations to play a role in getting Zionist barbarism stopped in Lebanon and shedding blood of innocent people. The participants called upon Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) to adopt a bold and strong strategy for protection of Muslim Ummah. Flag of Israel was set on fire at the end of the demonstration.

Majalis-e-Aza followed by Matamdaari were also witnessed at different mosques and Imambargahs including Imambargah Imam Ali Naqi, Jamia Wali-Al-Asr, Danishgah Wali Al-Asr, Danishgah-e-Jafariya, Imambargah Zainul Aza that were addressed by Molana Syed Kifayat Hussain Naqvi, Allama Syed Waqar-ul-Hassan Naqvi Al-Qummi and many others.

Resolutions adopted during the Majalis condemning Israeli aggression against Lebanon, expressed solidarity with the oppressed Lebanon, Afghanistan, Iraq, Kashmir and Palestine and strongly demanded from United Nations, ICC and other international organizations to break their criminal silence and adopt a correct policy by getting Afghanistan and Iraq vacated by allied forces, ousting Israeli forces from Lebanon and Palestine by declaring her aggressive.

Another resolution while strongly condemning the desecration of Holy Places in Iraq demanded the rebuilding of Holy shrine of Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) and Hazrat Imam Hasan Al-Askari (A.S.) in Samarra. The participants called up the UN and World heritage organizations to take steps for reconstruction and renovation of the Holy Shrines.

Meanwhile, protest rallies against Israel aggression were also held by different organizations and groups in different cities including lahore, karachi, larkana and Haiderabad.
