SYDNEY, Australia: Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be on him and his progeny)'s only daughter Sayedah Fatemah Az-Zahra Al-Batool (peace be on her) was martyred on 13 Jamady Al-Oula, while according to some other traditions it was 3 Jamady Oth-Thani.

Mo’minin across the world observe her martyrdom anniversary on both these dates by holding mourning gatherings – majales and mawakeb azaiyah.

In Sydney, annual majles al-aza to mark the occasion was organized at Hussaineyah An-Nabi Al-Akram (peace be on him and his progeny). Prayer leader and organizer of the cultural and Islamic center of California, America, Al-Allamah Sayyed Muhammad Al-Qazviny and many others addressed the majles which was attended by large number of mourners.
