RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Majalis and Matmi processions in connection with the Hafta-e-Azmat-e-Mustafa & Mujtaba & Ali ibne Moosa Ar-Reza were organised throughout the country on Wednesday also to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Khatmi Martabat (SAWW), Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) and Imam Ali ibne Moosa Ar-Reza (A.S.) on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.

In their addresses on the occasion, ulema, waizeen and zakireen declared the uswah of Muhammad (SAWW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) a complete code of life that covers all departments of human life and that, if followed, could be instrumental in our survival here and Hereafter.

In Rawalpindi, the main mourning procession was taken out from the residence of Late Bawa Syed Karam Hussain Shah Kazmi. Other processions taken out from the residences of Late Syed Anwar Hussain Shah Kazmi, Syed Inayat Hussain Shah, Allama Zahid Abbas Kazmi, Syed Mazhar Hussain Kazmi, Haji Tanvir Hussain Kazmi, and Syed Fazal Hussain Kazmi were merged into the main procession after reaching Chuhr Chowk.

Thousands of mourners paid pursa in Bargah-e-Risalat and Imamat by performing heavy zanjeer-zani. Later, addressing the Majlis after reaching Malik House, Maulana Haji Nasir Abbas Nautak highlighted the seerat of Khatmi Martabat (SAW) and uswah of Imam Hassan (A.S.).

The participants of the procession in a resolution adopted on the occasion reiterated their resolve to fully support any line of action given by the TNFJ for promotion and protection of mission of ‘Wila’ and ‘Aza’.

Dozens of Matmi Dastas performed Noha-Khwani and Matamdari during the procession that terminated at Darbar Aalia Sakhi Shah Piyara Kazmi Al-Mashhadi after marching through its designated route. Ibrahim Scouts had set up medical camp to provide first aid to the Matmis while Mukhtar Students Organisation and Mukhtar Generation had set up Sabeel-e-Hussaini and Reception Azadari Camp. Mukhtar Force jawans, heavy contingent of police, civil defence volunteers and high police officials escorted the procession throughout its route.

Addressing a Majlis-e-Aza organised by Syed Talat Hussain at Aza Khana Wisal Zaidi, Allama Syed Qamar Zaidi said that seerat and character of Rasool-e-Akram (SAWW) and his grandson Shahzada-e-Sulah-o-Aman are the beacon of light for the whole world of humanity. The Holy Prophet (SAWW) always adopted defensive strategy during his era spread over 63 years and established high example of tolerance by signing Pact of Madinah and Sulah-e-Hudaibia.

Similarly, he said, his elder grandson Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.) by giving priority to peace made it clear on the world that before Khanwada-e-Muhammad (SAWW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) war, conflict and riot are murder of humanity, that is why Islam did not initiate any aggression but whenever aggression is initiated from any side then our peace turns out into peace and brings revolution by staging Karbala unveiling the nefarious designs of the world of oppression and brutality.

He said even today there is need to hold on patience and forbearance so as to get the world rid of terrorism and turn the country into a hub of peace and tranquillity as in it lay the key of survival and welfare of the whole humanity. Matmi Dasta Islamabad, Anjuman Zulfiqar-e-Haideri, Matmi Dasta Dua-e-Zainab and other Matmi Halqas performed Matamdari and Noha-Khwani.

Allama Basharat Hussain Imami and Zakir Nasir Nautak addressed a Majlis-e-Aza organised at Markazi Masjid and Imambargah Qasr-e-Khadijatul Kubra Tarlai Kalan Islamabad. Taboot (replica coffin) of Imam Hassan (A.S.) was taken out from the residence of Ghulam Abbas Kazmi in which different Matmi Dastas performed Matamdari. The procession then was terminated back at Kazmi Manzil after taking a round of Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain.
