Denmark conference on Prophet Thoughts emphasizes dialogue

COPENHAGEN, Denmark: The second international
conference in Denmark on the thoughts of the noblest Messenger of
Allah (Peace of Allah be upon him and his pure progeny) titled “who
Prophet Muhammad is,” has underlined the need for promotion of idea of
dialogue among various religions.
Religious scholars and academics from Iran, England, Austria and
Denmark as well as a number of top foreign diplomats and political and
cultural personalities attended the one-day seminar co-hosted by the
Imam Ali center and the Iranian embassy in Copenhagen.
Panel discussions include themes like “Muhammad and freedom of
speech,” “Prophet Muhammad as an example for Christians,” “Prophet
Muhammad and other religions,” “the thoughts of Prophet Muhammad,”
“centrality of Muhammad in Islamic theology” and “Muhammad as depicted
in the Danish orientalist tradition.”
