All India Shia Personal Law Board Annual Session scheduled

MUMBAI, India: 2nd Annual Session of All India Shia Personal Law Board is scheduled to be held on 26th November 2006 in Mumbai.

The main objectives of the session is to discuss religious, social, economic, and political problems of 5 crore (50 million) Shia Muslims of India.

Khateeb-e-Akbar Moulana Mirza Mohammad Athar Sahab President, All India Shia Personal Law Board, will preside over the session at Anjuman-e-Islam College, D.N.Road, opp-V.T.station, Mumbai. Roshan Dawood Nasser Sahab President Imaan Foundation, Mumbai will be the Chief Guest while Dr S. Akhtar Hasan Rizvi Sahab Ex. M.P (Rajya Sabha) will inaugurate the session.

LUCKNOW, India: Senior vice chairman All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) Dr Kalbe Sadiq while expressing concern over rising wave of terrorism said that people in the garb of Al-Qaeda could not be called followers of Islam.
