Ya Ali … heavens and earth wept: Bahrain observes 21 Ramadan

MANAMA, Bahrain: ‘By God pillars of guidance have been
leveled’ … these were the words of angel Gabriel which he
shouted from the heavens when Amir`ol Mo’minin, Vasio Rasol
Al-Imam Ali (p) was martyred at the hands of Ibni Moljim
during dawn prayer at Kufa Mosque in the holy fasting month of
Ramadan in 40 hijri.
Marking this sad occasion, Bahrainis organized three-day
big mourning sittings and processions across the ting Gulf
kingdom.
