RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said Quran is fountainhead of guidance for humanity and a complete code of life.

He stated this in his special message marking the occasion of Jashan-e-Nazool-e-Quran (Festival of Revelation of Quran) which is being observed with religious spirit and reverence on Tuesday.

He said the Prophet of Islam (SAAW) advised in connection with completion of religion and perfection of Book that I am leaving two valuable things i.e.Quran and Ahle Bait among you. You will never go astray if you will keep holding these. These two will never apart from each other until reach to me at the pond of Kausar. (Tirmizi and other books)

Agha Moosavi said this is that divine book which changed the human history. In fact this book is message of peace. It is called Zikrun Lil Aalameen because it is advice and guidance for all worlds.

He said that not only Islamic world but the whole humanity is in the grip of darkness while Quran has guaranteed honor and dignity. It means that we certainly have gone against the Quranic orders, and teachings of Muhammad (SAAW), Aal-e-Muhammad (AS) and pious Sahaba Kibar (RA). Therefore the basic reason of our disgrace is turning our face from din-o-shariah.

Moosavi said that if we correct our deeds, high our moral values and truly promise to fulfill rights of Allah and His servants, then not only withdrawal of allied forces from Afghanistan and Iraq could be possible rather achievement of rights of all oppressed nations, liberation of Al-Quds Ash-Sharif, long-standing issues of Kashmir and Palestine, end of problems being faced by the Islamic world and honor, dignity and stability of motherland Pakistan could be ensured.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Hamid Moosavi made clear that the most supreme personality among the four dignified prophets is Dana-e-Subal, Maula-e-Kull, Khatmur Rusal (SAAW). There are some 104 books sent to the prophets and messengers. Main books are Torah, Psalms, Bible and Quran. All books are annulled save Quran which is the Last Book and fountainhead of guidance for humanity and a complete code of life. Neither any prophet will be sent after the holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAAW) nor will be revealed any book after Quran. It is save and secure even this day of any kind of tehrif, excess, shortage and changes, and will remain safe till the Last Day. Therefore Allah says: We have revealed this zikr (Quran) and We are its Protectors. (Surah Al-Hujuraat)

Quran mean most read book. He said the mo nth of Ramazan has this honour that the hjoly Quran was revealed therein, then one of its nights was declared NIGHT OF QADR which is mentioned in Surah Inna Anzalna that “WE have revealed this Quran in Lailatul Qadr, and how can you know what is Qadr, this is better than one thousand months…”

He said the meaning of this that the holy Quran was revealed in lailatul Qadr is that it was revealed from LOh-e-Mahfoz to Baitul Ma’moor, then from there it continuously revealed in 22 years, 2 months and 22 days. Its revelation began in the holy month of Ramazan. He said Quran consists of 30 parts, 114 chapters and 6666 verses. Two thousand are about promises and punishment, two thousand on stories and examples, two thousand on the topic of orders and injunctions, 500 regarding wajib, haram, mustahab, makruh and mubah, 100 concerning tasbeeh and tehlil, and 66 in relation to different topics.

He said holy Prophet (SAAW) was prophet before creation of Adam. This hadis stands witness on it that I was prophet even when Adam was in between water and clay. Therefore, we have to accept that holy Prophet (SAAW) had knowledge of Divine Book before Adam’s creation, and Surah REhman stands witness thereon.

The TNFJ chief said there is difference of opinion in specifying Shab-e-Qadr. Some have termed every odd night of the last ten days, while 19th, 21st and 23rd nights have been given special importance in the sight of Maktab-e-Jafar ibne Muhammad (AS).

Agha Moosavi said we on the occasion of Jashan-e-Nazol-e-Quran by determining to remove our faults with true heart, resolve to spend all our energies and continue our practical struggle to redress oppressed nations, hatred for oppressors, and to promote message of Quran for welfare of humanity and teachings of Muhammad (SAAW), Aal-e-Muhammad (AS) and pious Sahaba Kibar (RA).
