AL-QATIF, Saudi Arabia: Moled’ol Imam Al-Hojjah Al-Mehdi Al-Montadhar (A), who according to a saying holy Prophet (S) will fill the earth with justice on his reappearance as it would have been filled with oppression, was celebrated on 15 Sha’ban in oil-rich Mo’minin-dominated eastern region of Saudi Arabia.

Festivals were held attended by thousands of devotees; buildings, mosques, husseiniyaat and streets were decorated with lights and shiny buntings; sweetmeats, juices and candies were distributed; feasts were arranged; special dishes and desserts were cooked, and greetings were extended to each other to mark the happy occasion.

Sheikh Fouzi As-Sayf addressed a milad at husseiniyah Aal-i-Sayf in Tarout, Sayed Mojib Ad-Darveysh, Mortadha Al-Ahmed, SheikhAbdullah Al-Hemali, Sayed Hussein Sheban, Al-Imam Al-Hojjah group at Ar-Rasul Al-Adham mosque in Al-Qatif, Hasan Ar-Rostam, Sayed Dhia As-Salman, Nurol Mobin group, Abdullah Al-Moebad, Mostafa Ash-Shab’an and Shaba Al-Ahd at husseiniyah Al-Majabel in Al-Mabraz, Sheikh Abbas Al-Mahros and Sayed Muhammad Makki at Al-Imam Zein’ol Abidin mosque in Tarout, and many others addressed at husseiniyah Al-Audah in Al-Hillah, Al-Abbas mosque, Al-Imam Ar-Ridha mosque, Al-Imam Al-Mehdi mosque, husseiniyah As-Salihiyah, husseiniyah Aal-i-Ammarah, husseiniyah Sayed’osh-Shohadaa, Ar-Rif’ah mosque, Al-Imam Al-Askary mosque, husseiniyah Aal-i-Sayf, Al-Imam As-Sadeq mosque, Al-Imam Al-Hady mosque, husseiniyah Aal-i-Koweyl and husseiniyah Sayed Al-Khoei.
