RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has advised President General Pervez Musharraf to step forward to settle the issues of national integrity and country’s stability swiftly and take practical steps on emergency basis to thwart the heinous conspiracy of the joint enemy.

He stated this while talking to a 51-member delegation from Bangash area that called on him at the head of Mukhtar Ali Bangash. He said Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam to disseminate justice and fair-play to the people but the anti-Islam forces kept it on their target from the very beginning as they have not let any chance to cause harm to the country go waste.

He said it is unfortunate for the people that democracy never allowed to prosper in Pakistan and as per a saying of Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali (A.S.) we ourselves are responsible for that and we have to put balm on it.

He said first the country was confronted with the sense of deprivation, then it faced breakage as a result of which we have lost one half of the motherland, then by the Grace of God 1973 consensus Constitution was formulated but the joint enemy overcame democracy and from that day onward we are facing one problem or the other, one incident or the other despite being atomic power.

Agha Moosavi said that Gen. Pervez Musharraf took some good decisions after taking over the reigns of power, particularly he introduced Anti-Terrorism Act and banned the terrorist groups but the enemy increased its pressure and pitched a huge army against us which was wisely removed by the government but the international Taghoot dominated again and utilised all its energy to prove Muslims as extremists, terrorists and Islam as a religion of punishments in the garb of New York incident and the whole blame for the same was put on Pakistan.

He said Pakistan played a front-line role to root out terrorism to thwart this conspiracy and bore heavy losses and utilised all her energies to avoid any blame to be put against the Islamic World, and the country.

He said the international Taghoot was still abreast of accepting as she first targeted Sarhad Province at the beginning of Muharramul Haram, then blasts were carried out in Federal Capital Islamabad followed by suicide attack in Peshawar on 7th Muharram but the nation displayed exemplary unity and brotherhood proving that no power on earth could create differences amongst them. He said many incidents of terrorism took place in Hangu, Tank, Bannu and the gory murder of TNFJ Nazim-ul-Umoor Sarhad Jawwad Hussain Jawwad but we bore all this for the sake of integrity of the motherland but our joint enemy was using the same tactics again today destructing peace in the most sensitive area of the country Kurram Agency.

The TNFJ chief made it clear that all schools of thought bring out Eid-e-Milad processions jointly but the enemies of the religion and the motherland pitched brother against brother in Parachinar as a result of which the country is in the grip of civil war.

On the other hand, he said, religious and political powers were utilising all their energy to let down each other while on the third some ignorant friends including Ministers and Advisers were causing harm to government’s credibility by creating one problem or the other the day in and day out.

He said lawyers and people are protesting in favour of Mohsin-e-Pakistan Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan and Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry. In other words, the enemy has kept us busy internally to the extent that we have forgotten our real issues.

Agha Moosavi strongly demanded from President Pervez Musharraf to issue orders for immediate ceasefire in all sectors of Kurram Agency to ensure restoration of peace in sensitive areas and all foreigners present in these areas should be driven out; Reference against Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry should be withdrawn and effective implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Act should be ensured. He said if President Pervez Musharraf loves religion and the motherland and is struggling to save its honour and dignity, then he should tackle the banned groups with an iron hand in the larger interest of the nation and the country.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that in the present critical situation all patriotic forces are under the obligation to exercise seriousness and resolve all problems with mutual understanding. He said the key to honour, dignity, development, integrity and success lay in adopting the teachings of the pious personalities and principles of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and following the same practically.
