Al-Hafof celebrates Mauled-ol Imam Al-Askari (A)

AL-HAFOF, Saudi Arabia: In connection with the happy and
auspicious occasion of the Birth Anniversary of Imam Al-Hasan Al-Askari
(A.S.), grand celebrations and festivals were held across the oil-rich
mo’minin-dominated eastern region of Saudi Arabia.
Imam Al-Askari (A.S.) the eleventh infallible Imam from the holy
progeny of Prophet Muhammad (SWW) was born in the holy city of Madinah
on 8th Rabi Ath-Thani 232 AH, while according to some other traditions
it was 10th Rabi Ath-Thani.
In Al-Hafof, a celebratory gathering was arranged at
Al-Imam Al-Hasan (A.S.) mosque on 7 Rabi Ath-Thani. Ali Al-Momtin,
Sayyed Abdulali, poet Ali bin Ahmed Al-Mahisan, Sayyed Abdullal Al-Hasan,
Ali bin Muhammad, and Taher Ash-Shihab addressed and recited eulogies
marking the occasion.
