Milado Aqmaar-i-Bani Hashem celebrations in Saudi

AL-MATIRFI, Saudi Arabia: Zekra Milado (birth anniversaries of) Aqmaar
(moons of)-i-Bani Hashem namely Al-Imam Al-Hussein (AS), Abo’l Fadhl
Al-Abbas (AS) and Al-Imam As-Sajjad (AS) is being celebrated in the
eastern region of Saudi Arabia.
Al-Imam Al-Hussein (AS), Abo’l Fadhl Al-Abbas (AS) and Al-Imam As-Sajjad
(AS) were born on Sha’ban 3, 4 and 5 respectively.
Marking the auspicious occasion, special ceremonies, festivals,
conferences, seminars, poetry nights and galas are being held at
mosques and husseiniyaat which have been beautifully decorated with
shiny flowers and sparkly lights.
A festival was held on Thursday August 14 at husseiniyah Az-Zahraa in
Al-Matirfi while another at husseiniyah Al-Mehna. The program began
with a contest titled “Anwaaro Aal-i-Muhammad”.
Sehat’s celebrations committee has organized a half titled “Al-Anwaar
Ash-Sha’baniyah” at husseiniyah Al-Haydariyah on Saturday August 18.
Sheikh Jafar Dawoud, eulogists Nasr Abdullah Savileh and Sadeq
Abdullah Savileh will address.
