‘Prophet - Islamic solidarity Symbol’ focuses on rift on Islamic floor

DAMASCUS, Syria: Second International Conference titled “Holy
Prophet Symbol of Islamic solidarity” discussed ways to revive Islamic
solidarity and the main factors of rift on Islamic floor.
Syrian Endowment ministry and Iran’s International society to near
Islamic sects organized the two-day (Tuesday-Wednesday July 30-August
1) event.
The opening session was attended by a number of Syrian ministers,
Arab and Islamic ambassadors, clerics, scholars and intellectuals.
Sheikh As-Saffar (Saudi Arabia), Dr Ziyadduddin Al-Ayobi (endowment
minister Syria), Sheikh Ahmed Badruddin Hasoun (Syrian Mufti), Dr
Sheikh Ali Joma’a (Egyptian mufti), Sheikh Muhammad Ali Taskheri (head
of Iran’s International society to near Islamic sects), Sheikh
Muhammad Hasan Akhtari (Iranian ambassador to Syria), Sheikh Naim
Qassem (vice secretary general of Lebenese Hizbollah) and many others
addressed.
