Zambia hosts "Velayat" conference on Eid Ghadir

ZAMBIA: A conference titled Velayat was held on 18th of Zelhajjeh
on the occasion of Eid Ghadir in Zambia aimed at familiarizing the
Zambians with the lofty status of Ahl-ol-Beit (AS) in Islam.
Islamic Republic of Iran’s cultural attaché in Zambia sponsored the
conference.
At the conference, Islamic experts and scholars discussed the
scientific status of Ahl-ol-Beit (AS), especially Imam Ali (AS) in
Islam.
On the sidelines of the event, an exhibition of Quranic works was held
and a number of articles featuring Hajj and Ahl-ol-Beit (AS) were
published.
