SEOUL, South Korea: To mark the martyrdom anniversary of Beemar-e-Karbala Hazrat Imam Ali bin Al-Hussain Zain-ul Abidin As-Sajjad (AS) on Muharram 25, mourning programs – majalis and mourning procession - have been finalized across the world.

In Bahrain, big majalis and mawakeb al-azaa will be held at hussainiat and ma’atam throughout the country including ma’atam As-Sanabes, ma’atam bin Khamis, Al-Imam Al-Baqer mosque, hussainiah Al-Qassab, ma’atam Al-Bouri, Fatimah Az-Zahraa mosque, Imam Ali mosque and others.

In UK, the occasion will be commemorated by holding majalis at different imam bargahs and mosques. A Majlis-e-Aza will be held on 16th February at 6:00pm at masjid-e-zainabiya Logwood Street, Blackburn.

In Pakistan, the occasion is being observed as ‘Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala’ from Muharram 15-25 on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafaria Agha Syed Hamid Moosavi. Speakers threw light on the role played by Hazrat Sajjad (AS) in preaching the message of the blood of Hussain (AS).

In South Korea, a majlis-e-aza will be held on 17 February Saturday at imam bargha Kazmain. Mr. Taj m Khaki and Mr. Hasan Raza Sherazee will address and recite masaeb of Imam Sajjad (AS).

In Den Haag, Holland, Mokeb Khoddam Al-Hussain organized at al-Hussainiah Al-Pakistania Mehfil-e-Ali marasim al-azaa beginning from Muharram 21 to Safar 1 (February 9-18). During the 10-day mourning, majalis-e-Hussaini are being held.

Sheikh Muhammad Javad At-Tarihi, Sayed Mostafa Al-Moosavi, Sheikh Abo-Ammar Al-Ka’abi, Sheikh Rashaad Al-Ansari, Sayed Alaa Al-Khateeb, Sheikh Muhammad As-Sa’edi and Sheikh Abo-Zahraa Al-Mashaat address while Ali At-Tarihi, Sayed Mehdi Al-Ta’ama, Sayed Abbas Al-Gharifi, Muhammad Kasmai, Sayed Sa’ad Al-Khateeb, Nurrudin, Alhaj Muhammad Az-Zahiri and Abo-Yaqeen Al-Khazai recite elegies.

Dinner from the table of Imam Hussain (AS) and Imam Ali bin Al-Hussain Zain-ul Abidin (AS) is served daily after majlis.
