Pakistanis to mark “Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala” on Moosavi’s call

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the spirit of sacrifice of Hazrat Zainul Abideen (A.S.) is the beacon of light for the world of oppressed which if followed could resolve the problems faced by the oppressed nations and the Islamic World and overcome all difficulties.

He stated this while announcing to observe “Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala” from 15 to 25 Muharramul Haram in connection with the Shahadat of Hazrat Ali Bin Al-Hussain (A.S.). He said Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) is that great personality who delivered heart-rending addresses in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Ibne Ziad and Yazid shattering the Yazidi castles after the martyrdom of Hussain.

Agha Moosavi said that tears of blood that rolled down from the eyes of the Masoom (A.S.) created the sea of knowledge and Ma’arfat and the collection of his duas “Saheefa-e-Sajjadia” benefited the world of humanity. Today the whole oppressed world is protesting for achievement of their rights, people of Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, and Somalia are pitched against the colonial powers for whom’s rights the United Nations Organisation was created. He said this Organisation introduced its manifesto in the name of human rights but could not perform any such work through which the have-nots could achieve their rights.

He said Hazrat Imam Sajjad (A.S.) provided a great manifesto to the oppressed world in the shape of Saheefa-e-Sajjadia. The Beemar-e-Karbala (A.S.) kissed Shahadat protecting the highest objectives.

The TNFJ chief said that Allah Says in Surah Al-Qayamah of Holy Quran that the human being thinks that he will be left unattended (without a Sardar (leader)). He said the human being best of the creatures, should ponder over only on his creation, making and the outfit of his body and keep in mind a saying of the Maula-e-Kainaat Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that: “Oh, human being! You think that I am a tiny body although there is a great world (universe) hiding in you, then it would be revealed that all the five senses of the human beings were left free rather there is Syed-o-Sardar for them that is called heart.” If the five senses face any problem then they consult the heart that is their Sardar (leader) then how can such a big world could be left out without any Rahbar (guide) and Sardar.

Agha Moosavi said that there is a saying of the Quran-e-Natiq Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (A.S.) that goes that if no one remains in the world except two persons then one of them would be a Rahbar and Imam while the other would be his devotee, and sincere follower. Therefore, one of the Paighambar-e-Akram’s (SAAW) inheritors is Syed-us-Sajideen Hazrat Ali Bin Al-Hussain (A.S.). A renowned book Kashaf Al-Ghammah says that Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) was busy in Namaz-e-Shab when Iblees came there in the garb of a big snake and started teasing the Imam (A.S.) by taking his foot-thumb into his mouth but no sign of concern or inattention was visible in him. In the meanwhile an unseen voice appeared saying “You are Zainul Abideen” which got the fame as his title then on.

The TNFJ chief said that Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) had made his will in Karbala regarding Imamat and earlier before setting out from Madinah had handed over Taburrakat of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) to Ummul Momineen Hazrat Umme Salmah saying that whoever will ask you for Taburrakat would be the Imam after me. Therefore, when Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) returned to Madinah after Karbala, he asked Hazrat Umme Salmah for those Taburrakat which she handed over to Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.).

He said after the Shahadat of Imam Aali Muqaam Hazrat Hussain Ibne Ali (A.S.), Muhammad Hanfia claimed Imamat, then it was desired that the Hajre Aswad may make the decision. Therefore, both Muhammad Hanfia and Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) came near to the Hajre Aswad. First, Muhammad Hanfia sought the confirmation but there was no reply. Then when Imam Sajjad (A.S.) addressing the Hajre Aswad said that most respected sign of Ayat-e-Illah should tell in place of the Creator that who is the Imam after Imam Hussain (A.S.), then the Hajre Aswad very clearly and in detail replied that Imam Sajjad (A.S.) is the Imam after Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and Muhammad Hanfia stepped forward and kissing the hand of Imam Sajjad (A.S.) accepted his Imamat. Muhammad Hanfia actually wanted to tell that Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) is placed on this great status with the commandment of Allah. Muhammad Hanfia had already accepted the Imamat of Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.).

Hasham bin Abdul Maalik saw that when an old and weak person forwards towards the Hajre Aswad the crowd automatically disperses, when he asked who is he, Farazdaq replied in poetic order.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that homage will be paid to Hazrat Imam Zainul Abideen (A.S.) during Majalis-e-Aza and Azadari processions on the occasion of Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala and expressing solidarity with the oppressed world, commitment would be made to continue expressing hatred against oppression and brutality and support to the independence and freedom movements of the have-nots and the oppressed.

Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Committee has been formed to organize programmes for Ashra-e-Beemar-e-Karbala. Dr. S. Zaman will be the Convener and Syed Mohsin Abbas Zaidi would be the Secretary of this Committee.

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Hussainiyyat had been the source of guidance and key to success for the oppressed and have-nots in every era. That is why, he added, every freedom fighters the world over today raise the voice of “Ya Hussain”.
