‘TNFJ trustee of inheritance of Fuqaha, Fuqara’
By: Salman Alvi
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid
Ali Shah Moosavi has welcomed the announcement of Pemra Ordinance’s
withdrawal and appealed President Gen. Pervez Musharraf to also
withdraw reference against the Chief Justice so as to bring the
country out of crisis situation.
This was stated by him while delivering his presidential address at
the First Session of the special meeting of the High Command of
Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya in which the current situation
prevailing in the country and the future line of action were reviewed
in detail.

He said this situation is crisis over crisis that could become a big
crisis and to get rid of it, the Muslim Ummah would have to seek the
support from the Ahle Bait’s (A.S.) ship and attach themselves with
the Ahle Bait (A.S.) both practically and by the core of their heart
that, according to a saying of the Rasool (SAAW) guarantees survival.
Agha Moosavi said that President Pervez Musharraf took historic steps
to get the country rid of terrorism, therefore, he should also take
calculated steps and keep the norms of justice and fair-play in the
current situation, do not bank on Ministers and Advisers who have
caused immense damage to his reputation and the country’s dignity.
He said there is a possibility that revenge is being taken from
President Musharraf for the steps he had taken to get the country rid
of terrorism. Therefore, he said those Ministers and Advisers should
be sacked forthwith who have made the President face this situation as
he would be termed responsible for any conspiracy and mischief that
may have been hatched by any one else.

He called upon the President to adopt the saying of Amirul Momineen
Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that “Live in the world in a manner that
people desire to meet you and shed tears on you when you go away” as
it would help him resolve all problems and would lead him to success.
He said considering the satanic forces as friends is foolishness,
whoever considers America as friend is optimistic, colonial powers
just support their self-interest and do not take time in changing
their attitude when their interest is achieved, therefore, he added,
Muslims should exercise wisdom.
The TNFJ chief said there is no Shia and Sunni conflict in any part of
the world and no sensible Muslim should declare it an issue also.
Actually, he added, this language is being used by colonial powers and
it is their own creation but we have to prove through our deeds that
Shia and Sunni are two strong arms of Islam. He said to counter this
colonial propaganda, it is necessary that all Muslim States should
give the rights to all recognised schools of thought and Makatib on
the basis of equality and in Pakistan Maktab-e-Tashayyo should be
given representation in all constitutional institutions including the
Council of Islamic Ideology on the basis of equality. He made it clear
that only that person would be considered the representative of the
Millat-i-Jafariya who will be nominated by the Tehreek
Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya. Otherwise, it would be a farce, he added.
Agha Moosavi said talks of introducing the system of Iran, Saudi
Arabia, Iraq, Yemen or any other country in Pakistan are tantamount to
causing harm to Pakistan ideology, the creation of Pakistan was not
exercised keeping the model of any country in sight rather Islamic
ideology was the model of this activity and millions of Muslims
migrated and struggled under the leadership of Allama Iqbal and
Quaid-i-Azam, sacrificed their life, wealth and honour and that way
the first Islamic ideological State was created on the world map.
He said rights of all Makatib and Masalik have been guaranteed in the
Islamic ideology and any system contrary to the same would be a
contradiction of the principles of Baba-e-Qaum Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad
Ali Jinnah and Hakim-ul-Ummat Allama Muhammad Iqbal.
The TNFJ chief said Pakistan was achieved in the name of Islam the
foundation of which was laid on justice and fair-play, therefore, the
objectives of creation of Pakistan could only be achieved by setting
the State system on justice and fair-play. He said objection on State
institutions, army, judiciary, Parliament, and Administration are
raised only when personal and party interests are given the priority.
No respectable institution is accused if supremacy of the Constitution
and law is given priority rather their respect and dignity would
increase further. He said all institutions should work by remaining
within the Constitution and law. He made it clear that survival of
Pakistan lay in remaining on the path of Islam and all work would have
to be done by remaining within the Islamic limits in which respect of
all Masalik and Makatib is necessary.
Agha Moosavi said that protest is the basic right of everyone but
jalao-gherao and giving strike calls would benefit the enemy. We have
already lost one half of the country and could not afford to bear
further loss.
We have taught the ways to protest as Azadari is the biggest protest
against oppression and brutality in which harm is caused to no one but
to ourselves. That is why no oppressor and tyrant ruler could stay
before this unmatchable peaceful protest.
Condemning the Indian voice raised to give up frontiers with Pakistan
in the name of peace, he said the Akhand Bharat thinking is still
there in the mind of Hindu Banya who could not digest Nazria-e-Pakistan
and claims for peace are oral and to dodge others, therefore, the
powers that be should remain watchful. He made it clear that peace
could be restored by keeping the country’s and religion’s boundaries
intact, religion could not be changed for peace nor the frontiers
could be vanished as peace could only be achieved by recognising
frontiers and ideologies and giving them respect.
The TNFJ chief said accusations of extremism and fundamentalism
against Muslims is to defame them in which Muslims have also included
themselves. Those who are promoting colonial terminologies are
actually serving the interest of enemies of Islam. He said Islam
desires integrity and condemns all types of biases. Supporting any
relative or otherwise just on the basis of mutual relationship is
oppression and brutality and bias, where there is Islam there should
be no bias, where there is bias there is no Islam. A Muslim is the one
from whom’s hand other Muslim remains safe and the Momin is the one
from whom’s hand and tongue the whole humanity remains safe.
He said that after Muslim victory against Zionist tribe Bani Marah Bin
Auf, when a herdsman paid Salam to a Muslim army, one Sahabi
considering it a tactic murdered that herdsman. When this incident was
reported to the Holy Prophet (SAAW), he did not like it and remained
unhappy with that Sahabi for quite sometime and did not even pray for
his Maghfirat. Quran Hakeem says: “Oh, the people in Iman, when travel
in way of Allah, do confirm about it, and you do not say when anyone
pays Salam to you that you are not a Momin”.
He said a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) goes: “I am the City of
Knowledge and Ali is its door”. Knowledge and awareness has been
spread courtesy the holy guidance, Ma’raje Uzzam and Fuqara
disseminated the Islamic message of peace and love in every nook and
corner of the world keeping to existing situations.
Tehreek Nafaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya is the trustee of the inheritance of
Fuqaha and Fuqara and is working on their line with full sincerity of
purpose and would remain stick to it till the Zahoor of Imam Mahdi (A.S.)
The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Hamid Moosavi said Hussainiyyat is
religion and Shariat while religion and Shariat is Hussainiyyat and
Pakistan is based on Hussainiyyat. He said no sacrifice would be
spared for the protection and stability of the motherland by follow
the path of Hussainiyyat.

"Knowledge is
better than wealth because it protects you while you have to
guard wealth. it decreases if you keep on spending it but the
more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you
get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but
what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you."MORE
