Pakistanis to pay homage to terror victims on “Tarhim Day”

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe Youm-e-Tarheem on Friday, 18th May to pay homage to all countrymen who fell victim to terrorism in Peshawar and other areas.

According to an announcement issued from the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashayyo, Agha Moosavi in his special message said that at present motherland Pakistan was bleeding, everyone was afraid and upset, incident after incident caused catastrophe, there are crises at internal and external level the biggest reason of that all is lack of justice and fair-play.

He made it clear that Islam is the holiest religion, basis of which rests on Constitution, Ahadees and Quran according to which suicide is Haram. A Momin is the one from whom honour, dignity, life, wealth of everyone remains safe because before Allah every human being is respectable.

He expressed his concern that Pakistan has been the target of terrorism for the last three decades. Our perpetual enemy utilizes all her energy to cause harm to Pakistan soon after the beginning of Muharramul Haram. He said terrorism began from Mardan, and then tragic incidents were reported from one province and the other.

The TNFJ chief continued that after the suicide bomb blasts on 7th Muharram in Peshawar, terrorism incidents were also reported from Tank, Hangu, Dera Ismail Khan, and Parachinar. In Dera Ismail Khan, TNFJ Sarhad Provincial Nazim-ul-Umoor Jawwad Hussain Jawwad and recently Zaidi brothers were heinously killed, bloody ‘holi’ was played in Karachi on May 12, and heinous murder of Supreme Court Additional Registrar Hammad Raza, and dozens of people were killed in Marhaba Hotel blast in Peshawar on Tuesday and still dozens of people are injured facing uncertain situation. He said as we share our happiness and grief and murder of anyone is the murder of humanity and Pakistaniyyat because all those who were killed in terrorism are part of our body and sons of the soil.

The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said that according to a famous saying remembering death is Sadqah, therefore, the whole nation should organise Quran Khwani, Fateha Khwani and Majalis-e-Tarheem to pay homage to those who lost their life in incidents of terrorism, and pray for the supremacy of the Islamic World, protection of the holy places and honour and dignity of the humanity.

Meanwhile, TNFJ Central Youm-e-Tarheem Committee has been formed to organize Youm-e-Tarheem programmes. Dr. S.Z. Naqvi has been nominated as its Convener while Dr. S. Zaman has been named as Secretary of this Committee.


‘Day of Prayer’ marked in Pak; solidarity with oppressed voiced

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Youm-e-Dua (Day of Prayer) was observed throughout the country on Monday with religious and national spirit on the call of Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi.
