Bahrainis commemorate martyrdom of Al-Imam As-Sadeq (AS)

MANAMA, Bahrain: Azzamallaho Ojurana wa Ojurokom … In connection
with the martyrdom anniversary of Al-Imam Ja'fer bin Muhammad As-Sadeq
(AS) on Shaval 25, big mourning gatherings and ceremonies were held
across Bahrain.
Thousands of mourners attended these gatherings, processions and
sittings to pay homage to the sixth infallible Imam from the holy
progeny of Prophet Muhammad bin Abdullah (SWW). Replica coffins of the
Imam were also taken out in the processions.

AL-MANAMA, Bahrain: Preparations have been finalized to organize majales wa mawakeb al-azaiyah (mourning sittings and processions) in Bahrain marking the anniversary of martyrdom of Al-Imam Ja’fer As-Sadiq (AS) which falls on Shawal 25 according to some traditions while some other say it was Shawal 15 when the 6th Imam (AS) was martyred.
