SPECIAL MESSAGE OF QUAID-I-MILLAT-I-JAFARIYA Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi In connection with Youm-e-Inhidaam-e-Jannatul Baqee(Day of Demolition of Cemetery of Baqee)

Some things enjoy supremacy over other things in the world, human being enjoys supremacy over solid, biological and zoological things while Hadiyan-e-Illahi enjoy supremacy over the human beings while Khatam-ur-Rusl (SAAW) has been declared the superior most from amongst Ambiya and Mursaleen. Similarly, Bait Ullah (Khana Kaba) enjoys supremacy over Bayut-e-Khudawandi ((Houses of Allah) while Jannat ul Moalla and Jannat ul Baqee are considered superior from amongst Sha’air Allah

Sha’a’ir-Ullah means every sign and Ayah that gives us knowledge about Zaat-e-Illahi and Jannat ul Moalla and Jannat ul Baqee are amongst from those. Like Ambiya and Swaleheen were respectable during their life time, similarly their graves, mausoleums and signs are respectable and their defence, protection, and decoration are good deeds before Allah

Through such things not only religion and Shariat are strengthened but these are the greatest source of promoting oneness. Allah Says: . The good and pious deeds of representatives of Allah and holy personalities find their way in our hearts rather inculcates new enthusiasm and spirit of subservience while it promotes a thinking about the good deeds performed by their personalities that earned such a special and respectable place to their graves like Jannat ul Moalla and Jannat ul Baqee that were declared as their places of burial. Those who are rested in such highly respectable places are: renowned personalities of Khanwada-e-Nabuwwat (Holy Prophet’s Family) and Risalat, Ummhaat-ul-Momineen (Wives of Holy Prophet), Sahaba Kubar, Taba-Tabaeen (Companions of Holy Prophet), Hazrat Abdul Muttalib (A.S.), Hazrat Abu Talib(A.S.), Hazrat Fatmia Binte Asad (S.A.), Hazrat Khadija tul Kubra (S.A.), Khatoon-e-Jannat Hazrat Fatima Zahra(S.A.), Hazrat Fatima Sughra Binte Imam Hussain (S.A.), Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Zain ul Abideen (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.), Hazrat Ibrahim Ibne Rasool Allah (A.S.), Hazrat Jafar Tayyar (R.A.), Hazrat Abbas uncle of Rasool Allah (R.A.), Hazrat Ummul Baneen mother of Ghazi Abbas (A.S.), Hazrat Hassan Musanna (R.A.), Hazrat Ismail Bin Imam Jafar Sadiq (R.A.), Hazrat Aqeel Bin Abi Talib(R.A.), Hazrat Abdullah Bin Jafar Tayyar(R.A.), Hazrat Muhammad Bin Hanifa (R.A.), Ummul Momineen Hazrat Aisha (R.A.), Hazrat Umme Salma (R.A.), Hazrat Zainab(R.A.), Hazrat Hafza(R.A.), Hazrat Rehana (R.A.), Hazrat Maria (R.A.), Hazrat Sodah (R.A.), Hazrat Safia(R.A.), Hazrat Javairia(R.A.), Hazrat Atikah aunt of Rasool Allah (R.A.), Hazrat Safia aunt of Rasool Allah (R.A.), Hazrat Haleema Sadiya (R.A.), Hazrat Usman Bin Affan (R.A.), Hazrat Usman Bin Mazoon (R.A.), Hazrat Abdul Rehman Bin Auf (R.A.), Hazrat Saad Bin Abi Waqas (R.A.), Hazrat Saad Bin Zararah (R.A.), Hazrat Saad Bin Ma’ad( R.A.), Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A.), Hazrat Imam Malik (R.A.) , Hazrat Imam Nafeh (R.A.), Shuhada-e-Uhad and hundreds of other renowned personalities.
And how much Ahle Bait (A.S.) were respectable in the eyes of Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW) that His beloved daughter Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) has the honour of being the Sardar of Khawateen-e-Jannat (Mistress of ladies in Heaven) therefore, Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW) declared that Fatima (S.A.) is the Sardar of Khawateen-e-Jannat (Sahih Bukhari). In other words she is the Sardar of women in the universe that include Hazrat Hawwa, Hazrat Hajira, Hazrat Sara, mother of Musa (A.S.), mother of Eisa (A.S.) and all women from Ummhaat-ul-Momineen to women till the D-Day. She was declared as a part of his heart by Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) Fatima is my part, whosoever made her furious, he made me furious (Bukhari). When Rasool (SAAW) becomes furious if her daughter becomes furious then teasing her is like teasing the Rasool (SAAW) and teasing Rasool (SAAW) is like teasing Allah. In the whole universe, only Hazrat Fatima Zahra (S.A.) enjoys the singular honour that Paighambar-e-Islam used to stand up in her honour rather used to kiss her hands and keep her sit at his place. This is the respect for Fatima (A.S.) whose sons are Hazrat Imam Hassan (A.S.), Hazrat Ali Ibne Al-Hussain (A.S.), Hazrat Imam Muhammad Baqir (A.S.), and Hazrat Imam Jafar Sadiq (A.S.) who was the teacher of many A’aimma including Hazrat Imam Abu Hanifa, Hazrat Imam Shafaee, Hazrat Imam Malik, and Hazrat Imam Hambal. The holy graves of all these pious personalities remained intact in Jannat ul Baqee and Jannat ul Moalla till 1924. But unfortunately, Ibn Al-Qayyam who was the pupil of Ibne Teemiya gave fatwa for destructing these holiest places and by doing so not only opposed A’aimma Arba’a but also pained the whole world of humanity. Later Aal-e-Saud gave practical touch to their plan to wipe out these Holy places just to take complete control over Makkah, Medinah and the areas around, in 1344 Hijra. When these holy places were wiped out on 8th Shawal 1344 Hijrah, the news spread like a jungle-fire all around sending a wave of resentments, grief and rage within the biggest sects of Islam Sunnis and Shias. These destructed places provide food for thought to Muslims who have become a symbol of protest on desecration of Babri Masjid, Al-Quds Al-Sharif and other holy places. In this situation how can we protest other incidents that include: blasphemy, insulting images published Jyllands-Posten and French newspapers, French court’s decision in favour of blasphemous images, threat of American Republican Congressman Tancredo to blast holy places in Makkah and Medinah, Zionist plan of razing down Masjid Al-Aqsa, and Israeli step to raze down about 100 old historic mosques situated in Palestinian villages. Now the situation has reached to the extent that according to British newspaper ‘Independent’ the Aal-e-Saud’s plan to expand Makkah and Medinah is becoming the cause of making car parking on the place of Rasool’s (SAAW) birth, sprinkling of gasoline on the grave of Rasool’s (SAAW) mother after bulldozing it, construction of toilets on the Bait-e-Muqadas (Holy house) of Ummul Momineen Hazrat Khadija tul Kubra (S.A.). Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique’s home has been turned into local Hilton Hotel and Masjid Abu Qubais has been made part of Saudi ruler’s palace. Every inch of Makkah and Medinah is respectable as only Holy Prophet (SAAW) has fought 104 defensive wars on these places which all were respectable but today only 20 historic places remained in Makkah Mukarramah that were intact for the last 1400 years since the era of the Rasool (SAAW). The satanic forces today are encouraged from this state of affairs and committed desecration of the holy places in Iraq rather they razed the Roza of Imamain Al-Askariyain (the holy shrine of Hazrat Imam Ali Naqi (A.S.) and Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (A.S.)) on which all Masalik and countries has lodged strong protest in which Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya was top on the list. As a result of which UNESCO has included Samarra City in the list of cultural heritage while the United Nations is starting the construction of Holy Al-Askariyain Shrine soon that has already been announced by the UNSECO Director Muhammad Jaleel during a Press conference in Baghdad. Therefore, Muslims the world over should follow suit as accelerating struggle for the reconstruction of Jannat ul Baqee nd Jannat ul Moalla is obligatory for them. Today different organisations are working for protection of archaeological signs. Not only today but it had been a pre-Islam practice to keep the graves and all signs and memorials of Mashaheer (renowned), Ambia and Swaleheen (Pious Personalities) intact while Jannat ul Baqee was seen with very honourable and respectful eye. There is a saying of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) as stated by Muhammad Bin Qais Bin Makhzamah Bin Mutalib, that goes:

(Your Allah gives you commandment to come to Baqee and pray for the forgiveness of Ahle Baqee. — Sahih Muslim Vol. 4 Sharah Imam Novee)
Afterwards, Sahih Muslim quoting Ummul Momineen Hazrat Aisha (R.A.) said that the Paighamber (SAAW) used to go to Jannat ul Baqee and address the Ahle Qaboor as:

(Salam on you the homes of Momins, residents of this home, what you have been promised you will get tomorrow, and we are, Inshallah, also going to join you)
Imam Novee explaining this Hadees writes:

(This Hadees supports the contention that Ziarat of graves is Sunnat-e-Rasool, paying Salam to them and offer prayers for them and seeking blessings for them from Allah is Mustahib)
There is a saying attributed to Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (A.S.) that: “When Paighambar-e-Akram (SAAW) was buried, Fatima Zahra (S.A.) came and stood besides the holy grave, picked up a handful of earth, touched it with her eyes and shed tears” (Wafa Al-Wafa Vol. 4),
Fatima Zahra (S.A.) used to offer Ziarat of her uncle Hazrat’s Hamza’s holy grave, offer her prayers there and shed tears (Mustadrak Hakim: Vol. I).
Thus this most liked activity is expression of love. Similar sayings are there in Mauta Imam Malik, Sunan Abi Daud, Masnad Ahmed Bin Hambal, Sahih Tirmizi and many other books with some change of words. The names of Jannat ul Moalla and Jannat ul Baqee itself suggest that these places keep the status of Jannat (Heaven) and every Momin in the universe is desirous of Jannat. Bulldozing of all Islamic signs by Aal-e-Saud is actually commensurate with bulldozing the ideologies of Khanwada-e-Muahmmad (SAAW), Azwaaj-e-Nabi, pious Sahab Kubaar. But it should be kept in mind that this candle could not be put off by using different means. At present international colonial powers are in dominance all around, the Islamic World and Muslim States are confronted with worst situation, bloody ‘holi’ is being played in Kashmir and Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan are being rooted out, pressure is being exerted on Iran, Syria and Pakistan, Muslim Ummah is fully in the colonial grip, 57 Islamic States are in the state of fear and harassment, OIC is afraid of raising its voice against this oppression and brutality, new tactics and agendas are being employed to overcome Muslims the world over while Muslim Ummah is confronted with unrest from within. Every thing is upset.

If we desire to thwart this heinous conspiracy, protect ourselves, and please the Paighambar-e-Islam (SAAW) then we would have to restore the past honour and dignity of Jannat ul Baqee and Jannatul Moalla. The Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya enjoys the honour of raising the voice of protest for restoration of Jannat ul Moalla for quarter a century. The powers that be should keep in mind that like Islam is the universal religion, likewise Bait Ullah is the Qibla of the universe, Quran is the source of guidance for the whole humanity and holy personalities and their signs Jannat ul Baqee and Jannat ul Moalla do not belong to any particular Maslak or a country rather it is the issue of religion, Shariat and humanity. At present we are confronted with humiliation as a result of destructing Sha’air Allah (Signs of Allah) and holy places falling pray to oppression and for that matter we are the biggest sinners. We fervently appeal the United Nations, OIC, protectors of archaeological signs to utilise all their energy for the reconstruction and uplifting of the holy places because if Islam has to become victorious, flutter the Parcham-e-Islam throughout the universe, keep in touch then we would have to attach ourselves with the Daman of Muhammad (SAAW) and Aal-e-Muhammad (A.S.) and give priority to their honour and dignity. At present, we are confronted with uncountable issues and challenges, satanic forces have lined up against us. In this situation, it is obligatory for us to raise the honour and dignity of Islam, Mashaheer-e-Islam and Sha’air Allah as Allah Himself raised the same and present the practical display of unity, mutual understanding and brotherhood so as to achieve success for the religion, height of Shariat and supremacy of Shariat and the Muslim Ummah and this is what our goal is:

We can only get our demands accepted by the evil forces and get annex our areas when we ourselves take care of all Masalik on the basis of equality, and ensure the honour and dignity of Sha’air Allah, Ayahs, and signs.

On this tragic occasion of 8th Shawal Youm-e-Inhidam Jannatul Baqee (Jannat ul Baqee Demolition Day) we pay our condolences to the Khatmi Martabat (SAAW) and announce our commitment to continue our struggle with sincerity of purpose for getting the honour and dignity of all holy places including Jannat ul Moalla and Jannat ul Baqee restored without any discrimination on the basis of Maslak and country.
