Zikra Hadamo Adrihatol Baqee in Syria

DAMASCUS, Syria: Anniversary of Demolition of Al-Baqee`
Shrines was observed in Syria also. On this occasion, majalis al-azaa
were held at shrines, mosques, offices of Maraje and husseiniyaat.
A majlis al-azaa was organized near the holy Zaynabi
shrine attended by large number of clerics and scholars. Sheikh Abbas
An-Nuri opened the program followed by Sayed Hakim Al-Yacoubi who
threw light on the historic perspective of Shawal 8 tragedy.
