Moosavi flays Pindi terrorism, demands broad-based tribunal
By: Salman Alvi
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid
Ali Shah Moosavi has strongly condemned blast at a police check-post
in Rawalpindi and termed it continuation of terrorism.
In a statement he said that the fact that no place is out of reach for
satanic forces that are giving a message through terrorism that they
can do whatever they so like wherever and anywhere, provides food for
thought. He said it is a matter of concern that the ruling elite and
politicians were utilising all their energy to let down each other and
a chain of accusations and counter accusations has started results of
which could be extremely dangerous and could be out of control for the
leaders.
He said the rulers and politicians should have considered saving
Pakistan without any discrimination on the basis of Maslak and party
but they are hoping for protecting themselves.
Agha Moosavi expressing heartfelt sympathies with the police officials
and innocents citizens targeted in the incident of terrorism in
Rawalpindi termed it an open act of terrorism and condemned it
strongly.
He said terrorism could not be rooted out by just condemning it. He
said we have demanded many a time to set up broad-based Tribunal to
investigate all incidents of terrorism so as to know the pros and cons
of this activity and to formulate recommendations to root it out.
He said problems are not resolved through wars and arson and we would
have to adopt soft attitude based on mutual understanding so as to
thwart the heinous conspiracy of the combined enemy against unity and
brotherhood.
The Quaid-i-Millat-i-Jafariya Agha Moosavi said it is not a matter of
any personality or a party rather that of human dignity and support to
the religion and Shariat and above all the survival of us all.
He appealed all sections of society to be merciful to the country and
the nation, come out of their shackle, give up hypocrisy, every
citizen of Pakistan loves the motherland and no one is following the
path of treachery. He said all problems are self-created by us and we
would have to resolve the same ourselves. Those who lost their life in
the Rawalpindi blast do not belong to any single family but were sons
of Pakistan and every Pakistani shares their woes.

"Knowledge is
better than wealth because it protects you while you have to
guard wealth. it decreases if you keep on spending it but the
more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you
get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but
what you achieve through knowledge will remain even after you."MORE
