SEHAT, Saudi Arabia: Ramadan programs and activities – iftaar, sohur, majales al-Husseini, supplications, prayers, and Quran competitions etc - continued in the oil-rich Mo’minin-dominated eastern region of Saudi Arabia.

In Sehat city, a majles al-Husseini Ar-Ramadani is held at husseiniyah Al-Montadhar ‘Shakhour’ at 1100pm. Sheikh Hamid Mansor Aal-i-Abbas addresses. On Monday nights, special prayers are recited while Sofrah (table of) Omm Al-Banin (AS) is set up on Thursday nights. Joshan Al-Kabir, Doa-i-Komayl and Doa Abo-Hamzah Thomali are recited on Friday nights.

Festivals and majalis al-aza marking the birth anniversary of Karimo Ahl-el Beit Al-Imam Al-Hasan Al-Mojtaba (AS) and martyrdom anniversary of Amir’ol Mominin Al-Imam Ali Al-Mortadha (AS) respectively will also be held at all husseiniyaat and mosques.      

‘Month of Repentance & Deed’ … Ramadhan festival in Qatif AL-AWAMIYAH, Saudi Arabia: People of Al-Awamiyah city in Al-Qatif organized fifth annual festival titled “Shahr-ot-Taubah wal Amal” (Month of Repentance and Deed) for reception of the holy month of Ramadhan.
