TORONTO, Canada: Majalis-e-Aza were held across world to commemorate the death anniversary of The mother of believers (Umm-ul-Momineen) Hazrat Khadija (Peace of Allah be upon her).

Hazrat Khadija (Peace of Allah be upon her) expired on the 10 Ramadan of the 10th year of the Proclamation of Islam in 619. She was that great benefactor of Islam who showered all her wealth in the path of Islam.

The followers of Ahlul Bayt (AS) attended majalis-e-aza, which were held in Iraq, Iran, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Sweden, United States, United Kingdom, Pakistan, Canada, Denmark, Australia, Tanzania and many other parts of the world.

The speakers threw light on the services of the great lady of Islam Hazrat Khadija (Peace of Allah be upon her). They said Hazrat Khadija (Peace of Allah be upon her) is that woman whose husband Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace of Allah be upon him & his pure progeny) is the Lord of Prophets, whose daughter Hazrat Fatimah Zahra (Peace of Allah be upon her) is The Mistress of the Women of the Worlds, whose son-in-law Hazrat Ali Ibn-e-Abi Talib (Peace of Allah be upon him) is The Lord of Testamentary Executors, and whose grandson Hazrat Imam Hussain (Peace of Allah be upon him) is the Lord of Martyrs.

The mourners offered their condolences to Prophet of Islam Hazrat Muhammad (Peace of Allah be upon him & his pure progeny) over the sad demise of Hazrat Khadija (Peace of Allah be upon her) shedding tears and performing matam.
