Germans increasingly convert to Islam, govt shows concern

BERLIN, Germany: The Cologne-based newspaper Koelnische Rundschau quoted the
Islam-Archive Central Institute based in the western town of Soest that some
18,000 German nationals have become Muslims since 1945.
About 4,000 Germans converted to Islam last year, the German Islamic
think-tank said adding that most of them were well-educated.
Some 80 percent of those who converted were Christians while 60 percent among
them were women.
A sociologist, Monika Wohlrab-Sahr, pointed out many potential converts view
Islam "a very genuine alternative".
There are 3.5 million Muslims, most of them Turks, living in Germany.
The German Interior Minister has showed grave concern over increase in
conversion to Islam.

better than wealth because it protects you while you have to
guard wealth. it decreases if you keep on spending it but the
more you make use of knowledge ,the more it increases . what you
get through wealth disappears as soon as wealth disappears but
