DEARBORN, United States: On the anniversary of the Jannat-ul Baqi's demolition by Saudi government, a huge demonstration was mobilized in the United States on Monday, 21 April, to condemn the blasphemous aggression against the holy shrines of the Ahl al –Bayt (a.s) and protest against the insult of the holy places by this profanity.

Baqi cemetery was bulldozed on April 21, 1925, Shawwal 8, 1344 AH.

With reference to the Iraqi Shia News Agency, Reconstruction Committee of Samarra in the United States had mobilized the demonstration.

The Muslim communities in Dearborn city had been invited by the committee by sticking banners, posters and tags in prominent points of the city, to participate in the demonstration.

The demo started at 16:00 pm (local time from Dearborn), and continued in the surrounding streets and alleys.
